Really understaffed and got a few things on my order wrong, I don’t blame the staff but more so people setting up their hours, they seemed so tired but still did their best to do their job. Place was clean, guessing that they clean everything when they have time.(THE WHOPPERS ARE HUGE!!!)

Friendly and prompt service, and my order was not only correct but very well prepared and delicious. Bacon was crispy, bun was fluffy and pristine (not squashed), nothing was soggy or gross. I’d almost given up on fast food but I think I’ll be a more regular customer at this location.

So I’m from out of town and ordered take out, the young gentleman was super friendly and then he went and made my food which I like whopper JRs with extra sauce and this is the first time anyone had made me an awesome whopper JR…. worker forgot my drink at first but got it afterwards without checking, at first saying she didn’t think we had a drink, and forgetting my sauces, and found it more important to talk to her coworker and laughing instead of getting all of the stuff i payed for, barely got any fries too, slammed the door shut after asking, customer service could have some work done a bit better or maybe some trainings… i also work in customer service but id never do this.

This place is next to my work, so I usually go here about 2-3 times a week. I’m pretty much done with that now.
It’s gone from the kind of place that usually gets your order right to the kind of place that will for sure get your order wrong every time.
This was just in the last couple months, but they will screw up your order in just about every way you can imagine. They might screw it up during the order (enter it wrong) so you need to check your receipt, but usually they just put the wrong food in your bag. Today they also gave me coke instead of root beer.
They are on their phones constantly. This is probably why they keep screwing up orders.
An additional warning: If you just went through the drive-thru and come into the store to get your order fixed, the kids who work there will stop what they’re doing and start filming you as you come in. This means that getting your order fixed might result in you ending up on TikTok. Hasn’t happened to me because I’m boring and to the point. Don’t take the bait when the kids on staff start trying to gaslight and harass you for asking to get your order fixed.
In fact, don’t go here at all and avoid the trouble entirely.

I went to the drive threw placed my order they said pull up to pay and my order came within 1 minute. I thought I was going to get old cold gross food but to my surprise it was so hot and fresh I was completely surprised. Thank you burger king workers!!
