This Burger King is amazing. Their food is always fresh tasting whether I’m coming in at the slowest part of the day or in the middle of rush hour. They have not once messed up my order and I do subtract things from it due to my plant based diet. I commend Burger King in general for their plant based options and this Burger King in particular for its excellent service.

Waited in line for 20 minutes to get food definitely the longest wait I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. My order was for one of their new sourdough bacon kings and the bun wasn’t toasted at all was like sandwich bread which didn’t taste good and onion rings were cold. I ended up throwing away my meal would have gone back but didn’t want to wait in line again

This is a nice little BK. The service is fairly quick and I like the two drive through lanes. The food is exactly what you’d expect from any other Burger King. My only gripe is that the employees go outside to smoke, which I think is extremely unflattering to any business, but they sit on the curb and watch the drive through. It’s not how I’d want my customers seeing my employees. Overall, it’s a fine restaurant.

It was lunch hours so I expected wait times. But the line didn’t move. People were backing out of line to leave. I did order a whopper no lettuce there was lettuce all over. So I went on got another one and they screwed that one up to. Not impressed. I drive an hour sometimes just for BK. I’ll might be doing the drive to GR more.

This was my first visit to this location. I took my kids to this Burger King to order them kids’ meals and ordered some tacos for myself. I paid for the food. Almost immediately after I paid, the guy taking my order informed me that the tacos had been permanently discontinued (despite them still being advertised). He first offered to refund me the difference. Then, he said he didn’t know how to give refunds and tried to get me to just “sort it out later.” I told him to get his manager. He called his manager on his phone and his manager walked him through the refund process. After refunding me for the full meal, he then tried to get me to pay the price of the other items (which I still had not received).

We sat in the drive thru for 50 minutes yes 50!!! After the cars in front of us waited for at least 5 minutes with no communication from Burger King Staff I finally called the store and talked to a women who was defensive and said “well it’s busy” and I responded kindly that no one had been helped and the line of cars out past the road. Then our order was WAY wrong and we got it fixed we thought but nooo that was wrong too!
