Pre-ordered and paid on the app for countertop pickup,
I looked at our food as we were driving away. It looked and smelled weird. I went to take a bite and I said something’s not right here.
Then the kids that picked up the food from the counter proceeded to tell me one employee said we have no meat to cook. Our equipment is not working and then someone says we can use the microwave.
So that would explain why our fries smelled and looked weird and were super soggy, our cheesy tots were so hard you could barely open them up to see that there was nothing inside, so I’m guessing everything got microwaved and it was sitting in a tray cold until they microwaved it.
The impossible meat that was on the Whoppers which you pay extra for did not even smell cooked or feel cooked. It didn’t smell like anything at all.
My wife is vegetarian so we’ve had the impossible Whopper many times before and usually it’s so convincing. She has me double check it’s fake meat before she eats it.
I’ve even helped a customer at the counter who was in disbelief that it was a fake meatless Patty and kept trying to have the employees get the impossible Burger because he was in disbelief.
Patties are fantastic and typically smell like a Whopper.

Obviously it’s a burger king so expectations were not high but I was pleasantly surprised. Food tasted like every other burger king. Employees were really nice and really helpful. Food came out quickly. I ordered a drink and they didn’t give me a cup so I just asked and was given one quickly. Nothing really to complain about.

My dog is training to be a service dog and is young. This was his FIRST time in a restaurant. I was ordering and someone came inside and he got a little spooked and let out a couple light barks. Before I could even say anything to him the lady at the counter said to leave that he couldn’t be there. Thanks for being understanding during training! It’s nice to know they don’t support people with disabilities and their helper in training. I will never go to any Burger King ever again.

I have been going to the Burger King in Cloquet Mn since it open a few years ago. Always through drive in. Some times good/ some times correct. Recently went in. Gave them a chance. 5 times over a month. Really dirty. Only time clean when looked like an official person there working woman possibly manager. They fired some one.. Icky to be at counter and see how dirty in cooking area. Not busy why are the table not clean , garbage taken out. I used to be a trainer. Totally unexceptable. Not going there again. Have to find a different fave place. I came there almost every week for years. Sometimes 3x a week. I will miss the it. But too gross

I came here 10/28/25 at about 4:40pm. The woman handing food in the drive through had such a warm smile, she was so nice. She saw my doggie in the car and handed us some treats. This really made our day because we just came from the vet where they diagnosed my dog with arthritis, so it was really nice she got a couple treats from the drive through lady.
She really made our day. She said come back to see us again, and I absolutely will. She deserves a raise. The food was all perfect and hot too!

So I’ve re-rated this because they got rid of that horrid employee. And now it’s back on track except they’ve skipped over a great employee for as assistant manager as a training position to plan for a future manager. I don’t know her name. But she’s blond, takes your order, friendly but not allot of chatter. Always there. Always doing something staying busy.
I’ve seen lots of people come and go. She’s been there the 14 months I’ve lived in this town.
It’s impressive she’s still there. Her reliable attendance (guessing because I go allot she’s always there) effort, clean cut, knowledge of there product and good attitude will get her a better job when she’s sick of lack of compensation, and being recognized as one of the few that keep us coming back.
As far as the rest of the staff, they’re pretty decent. Better than past, room for improvement. But it’s a tough industry to get good help.
I’m just happy the foods good and the psycho’s gone that made me rate them low originally.
Now show BK needs to show some appreciation and promote that employee before a career company/job offer that’s worthy of employees like that comes along. sooner than later BK

Slow, terrible service, drive through order taker was outside smoking his vape then when he ran in for orders had an attitude, dark haired woman working the window at 7:30 didn’t even greet me when handing me my food, employees standing around on their phones with attitudes.
