The first time I went to this location I left the drive thru because it was over 25 minutes of waiting and the line was hardly moving. I could see an employee chatting with other employees not working. Whether or not they were on break is irrelevant because it wasn’t helping them.
Second time & last time I’ll be going to this location. Over twenty minute for two items with a two cars ahead of me and no others ahead of them. When I get to the window I pay for the food. A man later comes back to the window and asks “are you waiting for an order” (no, I just enjoy waiting in random drive thru’s for fun). I replied “yes” and he asked what I ordered. I begin to tell him my order and he walks away mid sentence. These employees are obviously confused with the most basic of orders. I ask for no tomatoes or onion and Volia, there’s onions. It says on the receipt no onions and even on the packaging of the box that THEY marked.
Late afternoon on a Monday with no rush. That’s unacceptable. It may just be a fast food joint, but that doesn’t mean you should lower the standards.
Retrain your staff or hire new ones. It’s very evident that there is ‘proficiency’ issues in multiple areas with them as well.

Took 11 minutes to get our food. And we were the only ones waiting in the lobby.
The original chicken was also dripping with grease.
The older lady working the front seemed nice tho.

Lisa the manager at this location is absolutely no help. Did not offer a refund on missing food. Her worker was also arguing that my missing food was put in the bag?? Why would I make a report for it being missing then? What a horrible location. Im missing half my $40 order of food and they won’t offer me a refund. Im having to file a dispute with the credit card company because I was refused a refund and everybody was missing whole sandwhiches and fries. Half the food was missing not $2 or $4 they took a whole $20 and then refused to give me anything for it. No food and then denied a refund when I called Lisa at this location.

We were in the mood for a Whopper. It’s much faster to dine in and enjoy a hot meal. Service was quick. In fact, they brought our meals to us. Restaurant is clean and modern architecture, unlike many of the Burger Kings we have experienced.

Drive through was a bit long but once I got to the ordering station I got my food fast. My Impossible Whopper was the best I’ve ever had! Good amount of veggies and wasn’t falling apart. Delicious too!

Outstanding service!! Yesterday morning my son and I stopped in on our way back up north and the lady who opened was an absolute rockstar! She was there alone as the place just opened and she took our order, collected our money, served us very hot and fresh, very delicious food with a huge smile and a nice “ have a great day” wow outstanding! They certainly don’t make them like that anymore! Highly recommend this Burger King and the morning breakfast there!!! You go girl!! Thanks so much!

Placed an order through the app a little before noon on 5/2. Got there and they handed us the wrong order at the drive through. I had only received 1 drink instead of the two we ordered. When I brought this to the who I am assuming was one of the managers attentions she immediately gave me attitude, “well that’s the only order we have under that name and it’s just the one drink.” I checked the receipt with her standing there and noticed the date was from the day before. I then showed her the receipt on the bag and when I tried to show her the receipt on my phone from my actual purchase she rolled her eyes, didn’t even look at it, and closed the window. So I waited seeing she was grabbing another drink. Another staff member, very polite and friendly, handed me the drink and I asked if we could get the order we placed today she said she’s check and I heard her asked the older woman who was rude to me and was surprised to hear her tell the employee no. The window was closed as they discussed it for a moment before coming back and saying they were working on it. I’m not sure who was helping the drive through around 12pm that day, manager or not, but that was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Especially when I was calm and polite with them the entire time and to be treated so poorly and to see the staff being talked to like that as well was very upsetting. As a manager myself, I can’t believe what I witnessed. I get it’s busy, and you may be short staffed but respect and kindness are not hard. Please do better.

Had to wait for our food, but we did order burgers for breakfast. They added onion even though no onion was selected on the app. Other than that was great.
