The Saga of Blitz
The staff is great and they always seem to be in a great mood even on days where it’s really busy. The team is well trained and the food is always hot. I’ve had my order wrong only once (they’re human, things happen) and they corrected it no problem. I order a few times a week and they’re always great. I really enjoy this location because of the team and management.

Horrible service. Got double cheeseburgers today and both burgers were raw on the inside. Alsp ordered frozen cotton candy online, and when I got there they didnt have it, and said they couldnt refund me either. They offered me a regular drink which was less than what I paid for the frozen drink.

This place is ridiculous. Order a large onion rings and you only get one Zesty sauce. Ask for a second, because obviously one doesn’t cover a large, they charge you 35 cents. All other fast food places, you can have as much as you want. If you get a large, you should at least get two. Also they’ve got some attitudes like the customers are bothering them, instead of being the reason that place is still open.

Great spot it has a play area for the kids and that’s a plus especially if you’re like me and have a kid with tons of energy. The food was fresh and ready within a reasonable timeframe. Staff was polite and helpful. Will definitely return to visit

Went to the drive thru today. The menu states the bacon king meal is $11.49.
They then asked if I want medium or large. Given that is my only options offered. I assumed I was getting the smallest option.
However the menu board then shows $12.49 with no mention of what the extra $1 is for.
When I got to the window and was handed my food I asked what the extra $1 was for. The brunette with tattoos shut the window on me and proceeded to take the next order.
As I sat having a window being slammed in my face while asking a question. She opened the window again to an abrupt “what?”
I said, “I was talking to you and you shut the window on me.”
She said, “I don’t know. I have more guests to serve.”
The food was decent. The service is garbage. If they don’t like their job. Get a different one.
I wasn’t rude. Simply asked a question and had I been told to call in the morning and speak to a manager I would have been fine with that.

Honestly food is great.. however the lack of English speaking workers it awful!! Their rude and absolutely wouldn’t let me make two separate orders…it’s disturbing that there aren’t any English speaking workers!!
