Incompetent. I had to go inside to get my order even though I went through the drive thru. Don’t ask for a lot. Only asked for 1 request, fresh drop of hot hash browns. Then ended up with a sandwich and Luke-warm hash browns. I am the only customer there at 10:06 am, how does this happen, and not a care in the world to fix it. When I did get hot hash browns now they were not salted. (I didn’t say anything). The employees did not appear to be having any fun. Farley say this but no intention of ever coming back. Frustrating at best.

Try to avoid..Went thru drive thru and place order..they told me to pull in front to wait for food..I asked for a complimentary drink while I wait and was told absolutely Not! So I pull and wait for food only for them to forget part of my order and had to go into restaurant to get it corrected!

Requested heavy mayo and heavy tomato, receieved very little of each. Heard cashier at window specifically ask cooks if they had both and heard a response of yes so didn’t check until out of the area. Chicken was extremely dry and over cooked. Service was very slow and lines were getting backed up. Attempted to go here for breakfast before work on several occasions and discovered that nobody was working (hours were correct and posted – assume people just didn’t show for work). Poorly managed, bad service and bad food quality, wouldn’t recommend to anyone and will not return again.

By now if the owers dont know its the workers that is making this thr worst buger king in history they will never learn. Go5 oldest nugget and french fries I have ever gotten from a bugger king. My big king burger at the smallest bacon ever severd on a buger. I got a 8 piece nuggets that looked like it been sitting under the heat lamp for hours same with the fries. So much for my $15 spend to at this biger king. They should just close down if they don’t want to sever their customers what they paid for. Also there is a Truck full of there family members parked there getting free food from the workers how do I know you say it’s the same truck full of people sitting as I drive home everyday. Gotta eat somehow right? Just not the customers. Good luck with this place.

Overpriced food, overcooked, dry food. The burgers are tiny, you can really see shrinkflation here. I spent $24 and felt like I got nothing. I should of went to the McDonald’s but it was so packed and now I know why.

Two days ago, I went to go order food for my autistic child because he only likes their chicken fries and French fries and I tell the worker that I have a code for free fries, I gave her the code and she told me it didn’t work. I pulled up to the window to get my food and she was telling me that I was being “rude” and I got upset over it and I told her forget the code for free fries and to just give me my order, and then I got my food and left. Yesterday, I go back and order the same thing and I gave them another code and then a different lady tells me it doesn’t work, so I pulled to the front and asked her “Where is your manager? Because the codes I use, I’m always told that they do not work.” So she calls her manager and the manager comes and it’s the same lady from two days ago who called me “rude”. The manager again told me that I was being rude and that my codes don’t work. I told her that only when I tell HER the code is the only time where the codes “don’t work”. She used to be very nice to me before I downloaded the BK app which is where I get the codes from, and since then she always got angry. She told me to “get out of here” and then she said she was going to call the police. She shut the window and turned her back on me. I was gonna wait for the police to come but my autistic child was crying because he wanted to get out of there, so we left and went to a different Burger King. If my son eats another food like McDonalds or somewhere else, it would have been fine, but he only likes BK’s chicken fries and French fries. I was told about the app by my daughter for the codes and that’s why I always use it. So I’m failing to understand why the service workers were acting rude to me and had the audacity to call me rude and then go and call the police on me. I even asked her (the manager) who used to be very nice to me in the past ten years why she changed all of a sudden.

First off, I rarely write reviews but these employees are embarrassingly incompetent and I’m not sure how this place is still open with staff like this. Pulled up to the drive thru, no one answered. Had to say hello? Multiple times until someone said they needed a few minutes. Ok fine…after a few minutes passed we said “still need a few more minutes?” No one answered. We said hello? A few more times. Finally another person came on and said they will need 10 more minutes. So we said fine, went to the gas station and came back. They finally took our order and asked us to pull around to the front. We waited out there for about 8-10 min. Then my fiance decided to go in to see what was going on. They hadn’t even started making it yet. We only ordered ONE whopper by the way. She said 2 more minutes. We said we would wait but if it’s going to be more than 2 min we needed to be refunded. So she went ahead and refunded our money. Like I said…EMBARRASSINGLY INCOMPETENT. Go to the McDonald’s across the street instead.
