When being in a food service you have to ask multiple time on who’s been served. I sat there for 10+ minutes waiting in the online order pick up line (I was the only one) and then another person came in with a online order and then they were served before me. I understand you have new systems and stuff. But if you cant figure it out. Get some New people. Or use a for sale sign.

Dining room was closed and drive thru was beyond capacity. Not worth the wait for the mediocre food. We come here for their play equipment but now thats not available we won’t be back. I won’t be surprised if this location is closed permanently. Let’s hope something better occupies this space soon.

The play area is nice, it has a cozy sitting area where you could play games, 3 high chairs and a much more interesting play zone than McDonald’s. We were the only ones here Saturday afternoon. Also Burger King is cheap, was able to get a meal for me and the kid for under 10 bucks. All around worth it.

Ordered $40 worth of food when I got home $20 of food is missing. Drive over 15 minutes and spend $40 everybody is missing sandwhiches. Thanks burger king

Service is good however the sausage breakfast sandwich is burnt. I’m actually a former burger king cook and in my day we would never have sausage go out burnt.
I called and talked to the manager. He said it’s just like a burger.
I could not reason with him. The problem with that statement is the sausage is precooked and burger is frozen raw. Also pork cooks differently that beef. They can adjust temp and speed to properly cook

After spending $47 I asked to get some barbecue sauce and I got charged for it. The fee for me using my debit card is going to cost them more than the barbecue sauce itself total trash.

I’ve stopped by several times and it’s always an issue with something, cold food, long wait times, app crash, and non participating store on the app.. so app is basically useless?? Tried to talk to the store manager and shift manager, both were very arrogant.. told us to go somewhere else.
Couple of notes: bushes are out grown and are in right of way of the drive thru, trash littered all of the parking lot and landscape. Windows are spotty with hand prints.
