Too much sauce obsession at this location. Went to go get the duo meal for their chicken sandwiches that’s one of their best in the menu and with that it is better to have couple of sauces. As I asked for those, the lady who is either a manager or a supervisor at the location, told the employee as it was like the end of the world to charge for sauces, and I had never seen anything like that before. Rather go to the drive-through instead for this reason.

Rude workers in the drive through. Maybe they were mad they had to work on new yrs. Not sure, it was my first time there. They were not helping me. They were not saying thank you or have a good day. Not asking if I needed anything else. Looking mad too when speaking. Also, one of the workers I had asked for something, she closed the window. I was under the impression she was about to bring it out. She did not. She kept doing her work. I had to honk for her to open the window.

I was there in the middle of the day on a Thursday when the drive through line was several cars long as well as the line of people in the lobby. They were fully staffed and working very hard to fill orders. The woman at the register was very friendly and my food was made in a reasonable time considering the number of people there. For quality for the burgers was great also. I got the rodeo burger, bacon cheese burger and whopper junior. They didn’t skimp on ingredients and the food was made with care. Much better than i usually get as McDonald’s!

This is a above average Burger King.
The reason this is nit a 5 star as building inside and outside definitely needs a fresh look and not just touching up paint like this location has done last 20 years.
The inside needs a better layout and up to date feel.
Staff need to be paid more as then maybe they will be more pleasant to customers.
Would be nice to see all Burger King’s to add new items.
The Hershey Pies are way to over priced. Max price for them should be $1.00 I remember when they were a dollar and thet is a max price for them.
Parking lot could use a fresh tar coat and outdoor nice patio to eat at.
Positives are: great location near stores in commonly shop like Menards, hours open, and time it takes to get through drive through.

On the few occasions I have stopped at this location, the restaurant was clean and the staff served us promptly. The food arrived quickly and was hot and fresh.
When compared to McDonald’s, Burger King food generally has higher protein content, lower fat, and less artificial ingredients.

Leaving reviews for fast food places is weird but I’ve been here a couple of times. They will get your order wrong 100% or the time, either they leave stuff out entirely or don’t give you what you ask for.

Never coming back to Burger King!
On April 12th, around 1:30 AM, I drove to Burger King’s drive-thru. The main doors were closed, and only the food pickup window was operating. I drove around the restaurant several times, trying to get someone’s attention, but there were no employees to be found. One worker was sweeping the floor, but she ignored me completely even though I knocked on the window and even turned on my flashlight to get her attention. She heard me knocking but refused to look my way. After a few unsuccessful attempts to reach another window, I noticed another customer behind me who ended up leaving, unable to wait any longer. As an Uber driver, I couldn’t leave because I needed this order.
When I called the Burger King line, no one answered at first. After I started knocking harder on the window, the girl finally picked up the phone. Instead of offering help, she started shouting at me and threatened to call the police. I told her that if she didn’t give me my order, I would call the manager, supervisor, director, or anyone, but I would report the situation. She claimed that she was the manager. I highly doubt she is a manager, and if she is, this restaurant is really unfortunate.
This is completely unacceptable customer service. If I could give minus 100 stars, I would. Since that’s not possible, I’m giving only one star. I highly recommend thinking twice before going here.

I was hungry, so I reached in my bag without looking and grabbed a handful of fries. I started chewing and before I swallowed I pulled out the longest piece of hair. If I would’ve swallowed it, Lord knows what would’ve happened……… My burger was good though, and mozzarella sticks that’s why you get 2 stars

Worst app experience EVER. I placed an order through the Burger King app, and it never showed me my order number. I stood inside the restaurant completely clueless, and when I asked an employee for help, they flat-out refused to assist—just shrugged and told me to wait. I had no way of confirming if my order even went through.
Tried contacting customer support? Absolutely useless. Automated responses and no resolution. It’s like no one actually wants to fix the problem.
What’s the point of having an app that can’t do the most basic thing—show you your order?
Uninstalling immediately. Total waste of time, energy, and money.
