Stopped in at around 130PM 1/7/26. Had some of the freshest best Burger King food ever. Had kind of given up on BK a while ago. But I was short on time and working close by. So, I got drive through. All my BK orders in the recent past tasted microwaved and stepped on. But not here. All good and fresh out of the fryer. Will definitely stop here again soon. The crew working here today deserves raises. Usually don’t give fast food 5 stars. Thanks, Knollwood BK!!

I found a hair over 1 foot long in my food. The staff inside didn’t care and acted like nothing was wrong. I can’t believe this place is still in business with the way they prep. No hair nets worn by single employee. Manager had less customer service than a door knob.

Dined in a few days ago at this Burger King location and my experience was excellent. First and foremost, the restaurant is clean and during both visits I noticed a crew member actually walking into the dining area wiping down tables and chairs, The counter areas spotless as well as the beverage dispenser. I can’t remember the last time I walked into a McDonald’s and was clean to these standards. The counter staff is professional and friendly and I got my meal within 90 seconds from paying.

The sandwich that I ordered was hot and prepared correctly. The french fries were fresh and the beverage dispenser had ice.

Went to this location again today and for those that have not visited during breakfast and/or lunch, it’s a much better experience than Wendy’s or McDonald’s in SLP.

I’ve ordered here about 4 times in the last 2 months. Last night, around 7:30pm, the service was terrible. I ordered through the app. 2 Double Texas Whopper meals (Large) with Sprites. One order of 3 original chicken sandwiches, and 2 chocolate pies.

I had to go back because they forgot my drinks. Then I had to go back again because they forgot my Texas Whoppers!

I only spent $48. But I still expect good service. The man and woman working there seemed very friendly to each other, and lukewarm towards me.

I might not go back to that store again?

Customer service horrible when they pull you to try to make time and have you sitting outside There is a respectful way to ask a customer to move up and when The employee brings my food out to me and it’s not the right food in the bag and he just walks off and ignores me as I’m trying to tell him that this is not all the food. I tried to speak to the manager about it. She said oh that’s just how he is. That’s just how he talks. If that’s how he talks then why is he communicating with customers because I felt that that was very rude. I felt that the manager was very rude and I will just never be back there again because of customer service their food is good. Customer service sucks.

Drive through. Got home, no receipt bag, no ketchup, no napkins, a person shouldn’t have to ask for this every time, especially the receipt when you use a credit card. Food eas warm. I’m only 5 minutes away

I have been a McD loyalist for as long as I remembered until now. My mobile provider, TMobile, has a voucher for the Impossible burger from Burger King which is made from plant. I am quite impressed by its texture which can easily fool anyone to think it’s a lean meat.

This restaurant engages in regular bad business practice. They will regularly close their drive-thru and lock their restaurant despite having advertised different restaurant hours on their door.

It is 9:45 PM, Monday April 28 now. The sign on restaurant door says drive-thru is open till 11 PM and restaurant till 10 pm. When I came through drive-thru, the woman said: “We’re closed.”. This is deceptive. If you are going to say you’re closed at 9:45 PM, then don’t have a sign on your door that says drive thru is open till 11 pm and restaurant open till 10 pm. The restaurant doors are currently locked.

The franchise owner should be penalized for bad business practice.

Forgot some of my food we’re not very kind to me while I was there and never answered the phone to correct the situation and let me tell them about them forgetting my food and I’ve been calling them and calling them and calling them for two days and they’re not answering they also appeared to be very rude and I showed proven multiple times that I called them several times which they didn’t answer and they still made me bring back a receipt. Then when I bring back the receipt they play like they can’t hear me as well. I tell him 20 times what we wanna order and that they yell at me telling me I need to stop yelling at their employees cause they’re kids when they just kept on saying I can’t hear you. I can’t hear you. I can’t hear what you say what do you say? What do you say? Why are you saying what do you say if you didn’t want me to repeat it louder for you to hear it. It was so disrespectful for her to yell at me like that and I’m never coming back and I will be calling the internal general on Monday Attorney General.

Wish you could give a 0 star review been sitting here for 30 min still no food, could have gone to a sit down restaurant and been done eating by now. Wondering if ICE took all the good employees away from them today.
