2 signs that say “24-hour drive thru” but they WONT TAKE MY ORDER. I get off work and go to burger king drive thru around 3:35-3:50am on multiple nights. I have been told “sorry our computer system is rebooting” and “we don’t take orders until 4am” and “we only do pickups right now”. They have never taken my order during that time and I have tried at least 4 times over a span of many months. How is your drive thru open 24 hours. Please explain

Usually this Burger King is really good at nights. But they got a whole new crew and they are on their phones, not wearing gloves, touching each others hair, and takes 20 minutes for your order to be ready and when they give it to you, they don’t even apologize for the wait.

The food is consistent with the quality you’d expect from a Burger King, and I personally find their breakfast menu to be the standout offering. I also appreciate that they serve Diet Dr. Pepper, which is a welcome touch. While there have been noticeable improvements in staff performance, I believe there is still room for continued growth.

We waited over 30 minutes for 2 whopper juniors and some fries. We placed our online order at a table in store. A large line accumulated at the counter after our order was placed. The entire line was helped and got food before we did. There is plenty of staff, this was not a staffing quantity issue but a lack of organization on the teams part. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning to this location again.

Our order was missing 3 items, service was slow, the fries and tots tasted like they were made in very old oil, the tots were chewy instead of crispy, the jalapenos on my husband’s burger were mushy, the pop machine was broken, the women’s toilet handle barely worked, and the bathrooms were disgusting. Will never go back.

Each time I go here food seems fresh. Ordered food once and got home to find I the order was wrong which was disappointing but that seems typical for fast food now. Recommended to check your order, but otherwise food tasted good and the staff are friendly.

I used a Visa gift card here. After using it, it no longer worked. When I called Chase about the problem, they said it is used up. Someone bought something called “Call of Duty” which I hear is a video game. Someone there obviously wrote the number down and used the card. This BK is shady. Stay away.

Delicious and fast to prepared burguer.. King Bacon I am deaf.. little difficult that communication with cashier because no understood ASL (american signs language) however.. burguer king’s boss helped me.. ASL ok! I love. I am Disability inclusive expert and deaf teacher.
