…I don’t even know where to begin. 2/4/2026 @3:10pm we pulled up and the dude taking our order was so ungodly rude and huffy. Nothing like a grown man huffing and sighing at you in the drive thru line. Truly, man, get some therapy and a new job if you’re so miserable with your life. Then get the food after fighting through the very unplowed and unkept parking lot. Lady who handed it out was so sweet. Food however was pathetic. Cold soggy floppy fries with no salt, both orders of chicken fries were shorted and filled with nuggets instead? Genuinely what was the thought process there? Whoever made our burgers decided to slam the entire bottle of mustard on them i guess because there was a mouthful of it in every bite (it was actually revolting), they didn’t put the top bun on evenly whatsoever so it was a falling-apart mess, cheese wasn’t even melted and what was was smeared all over the wrapped cause they didn’t even attempt to assemble it. There was no effort whatsoever. I truly understand that these jobs don’t always pay the most, but neither do ours so when we, the customers, decide to spend that money on food we’d rather it not be absolute trash! Truly all of this falls on the dude in the kitchen and whatever his issue is, but thank you so much to the kind woman in the window for being so cool.

Returned to Burger King like a man revisiting an old rivalry.
The crown logo glowing in the distance like it’s daring you. The doors slide open and that flame-grilled smell hits you in the chest. Not grilled. Not pan-fried. Flame-kissed by whatever industrial dragon they keep in the back.
I ordered a Whopper because sometimes you don’t experiment. You commit.
Unwrapped it like a sacred document. Tomatoes sliding. Lettuce trying to escape. Bun slightly compressed from the journey but still holding the line. First bite? That smoky flavor that makes you remember why this place has survived every fast food war since the 1950s.
Is it fancy? Absolutely not.
Is it consistent chaos wrapped in paper? Yes.
Do I respect it? Also yes.
Burger King doesn’t whisper gourmet promises. It hands you a crown and says, “Here. Rule your lunch break.”
Long live the flame.

Overall this Burger King is good. Although the drive through sucks. You can’t really get close the the window though because of how their drive through is, so most the time you have to reach really far to pay and get food. We’ve had food missing before so we go inside and they make it right.

If I could give zero stars…I WOULD!! Other than the Dasher who brought my order, this was the worst experience. I am not going to complain about fries and nuggets being cold, or the burgers that were NOT made “my way”. It was the limited edition lemonade that made me want to puke. First, there was no ice in it, so I set it aside so I could eat my food while it was at least warm. I then went to the break room to add ice and found black mold inside the cup. Thank the Lord I turned it around before I drank more than one sip. Hives is better than apoplectic shock! This is so disgusting I doubt I will ever order from there again. And good luck getting any kind of customer service. I don’t want to “chat” with a bot, I want a human that responds to my issues immediately. Apparently they don’t employ those types of people at this location.

Waited 5 minutes for them to greet us in the drive through, asked for a whopper with no ketchup. They proceed to smother it in ketchup. Got a large lemonade and they gave me the toddler size. Fry’s are stale and have been sitting all day. I beg anyone who is thinking of going, please go somewhere else.

Ordered a double Texas Whopper meal and when I unwrapped it I noticed first it was the wrong Whopper and then I noticed there was a BITE already taken out of my Whopper. I was in disbelief. First thought maybe was just a price missing from it but looked closer and was a clear bite through both buns, both patties and a tomato. After reading other reviews I’ve seen they are known for taking wrong orders back and reserving them! I’ve never experienced anything like this before! Made me forget about the coke filled with ice when I asked for no ice and the fries being dumped upside down in the bag and the drive through worker who couldn’t speak or understand English… I’ll never go back.

Absolute idiocy, going through the drive through being told that you don’t have one of your most popular promotions That’s LITERALLY advertised on your board and sold at EVERY single burger king across the country. If your advertising 7$ trio or the 5$ duo on your board and you have everything, why are you not honoring what your advertising? That’s illegal. That’s called false advertising. Your cheesy tots are sold out. And you have a thing up there that says sold out. Why was the same thing not done with the trio/duo? So either your employees too lazy to do their job or the owner too greedy to honor what they’re advertising. Avoid this branch. Ill be contacting corporate and the city too.

When you order a Whopper Jr with bacon cheese it’s supposed to come with bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion and mayo. We went through the drive thru because the lobby was closed for some kind of difficulty. No big deal. The guy who took my order really didn’t seem to be listening because I ordered an 8 piece chicken nuggets and the bacon and cheese Whopper Jr duo, one with no tomato. First he tried to make it a meal I didn’t order. Then I reiterated 1 no tomato to make sure it would be correct. And then I ordered a drink. We paid was given our change with no receipt given, got our food, drove down the road and start to unwrap our sandwich. We checked the sandwiches because neither was marked with no tomato. Neither of them had anything more than a few pieces of lettuce and mayo on them. No onion pickle or tomato like one was supposed to have. I brought it back and had to go back through the drive thru. I explained our sandwiches weren’t what we ordered and I’d like replacements. They told me to pull up and it’d be taken care of. Instead of fresh sandwiches made properly, I was handed a bag that had pickles and a slice of tomato in it. What the heck am I supposed to do with that? I certainly didn’t want to put it on our now cold sandwiches!!!! This location is seriously hit or miss with their service and most times, it’s a miss. This time took the cake though. I will not be returning except to get my money back

Ordered drive through 2 chicken sandwiches 2 medium fries , whopper with cheese med fries. Asked for receipt got home missing 1 fry. Go through drive through asked for fresh every thing since other food is cold by now. Tells me he can’t do that. At this point comping my food is where it should be Just make it right. Waited another 10 minutes because clearly someone can’t count. Not rude poorly managed again !
