When we pulled up for the drive through you could see inside the restaurant, the workers were on their phones. We ordered our food, and it took almost 15 minutes to get. We were the only ones in line at the time. To say the least the food was terrible. The fries were old, or burgers were cold and burnt and looked like they were taken out of the garbage. The chicken was soggy with lettuce that looked like it had been reheated in a microwave. I get going somewhere at 10 pm you may have to wait for food, but to recurve this was horrible.

I stop by to grab a hamburger. But there unplaced place to eat watching how workers fighting each other. With street slang, it seemed that in a matter of minutes things were going to escalate. A very unpleasant atmosphere.

I literally got scammed. I got charged an extra $24 on my order. When I talked to the “manager” they said they weren’t going to do anything. I only got $8 back out of my $24. Ridiculous. Never coming back. (Don’t come here!).

This afternoon I stopped by to get some burgers for my daughters and I had one of the most unpleasant moments being served by a Latina employee, light skin, and a cap. A manager with a very bad attitude and racist insults. Someone needs to talk to these employees and resolve this.

I had not been to this BK since I skipped classes in high school to smoke cigarettes and drink Mt. Dew. My whopper was made perfect. Not thrown together like Frisbee ingredients. But even with the $3 whopper deal when using the app on Wednesday, add cheese, medium onion rings, and a small drink at it was still over $9. Anyway, I gave up cigarettes and Mt

The food was okay especially when everywhere else was closed. I don’t think it was as good as it used to be. They put mustard and maynaisse together instead of ketchup. Definitely not my favorite.

I ordered a bacon double in drive-thru, tonight. Got down the road to discover they didn’t put the bacon on it. Called to let them know, and they told me to come back to get the corrected item, plus a free fry! They rectified the problem without hassle and apologized. Great service! I was the very first employee hired at that location back in 1985!!

I generally go 2-3 Wednesdays a month. The employees are friendly and have been there for several years. Food is always fresh and hot. There is plenty of seating in the dining area and it is always clean.

They didn’t suggest a cookie or cone and when I asked about the sign they had up saying if they don’t suggest it I get a free one….they refused. 🙁
