My husband lobes BK whoppers and says this is Chanhassen location is the best and cleanest Burger King that he’s ever been to. He comes here frequently and has never been disappointed. Their fish sandwiches are fresh and hot.
The servers are friendly, helpful, and observed to be washing tables and sweeping the floor regularly. We highly recommend this location.

Hands down the worst staff day and night than any other location. Bad attitudes must be a hiring prerequisite at this location. Countless times have gotten order wrong or food was cold. Dining room is hardly ever open. Ĺong waits in drive thru just to be told to go around and wait some more only to get cold food. I only go when on my way to work since it’s on the way but will go out of my way to get better quality and better service from another location, which could be any other location. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

The food was good and it was prepared quickly. I truly enjoyed the drive through experience that this restaurant offers. The only thing I would change is to open up the dining room for the customers that would like to sit down in this smaller footprint restaurant. The real pain point for this restaurant is the terrible parking lot belonging to the neighboring gas station next door. It’s the worst.
