We’ve gone here a handful of times and every time it’s a disappointment. The impossible whopper is completely mushy. Last time they gave us a regular whopper and not impossible. We’ve had consistent issues with receiving correct food items over the last 6 months.
Employees are seen closing early and sitting and talking while customers wait. They make you sit in the drive thru for 5-10 mins, then pull around to the parking lot for another 10 mins, only until you go inside and ask where your food is will you get it (and then it still might be wrong!)
The picture attached is after I air fried my burger for 5 mins. It was not done AT ALL.

i come here with friends pretty often and the service is always amazing. They’re always so nice and the food is so delicious. The person who took our order is Hakeem and he was very friendly. He should most definitely get a raise!

Plain and simple…I will never return to this restaurant ever again. It will be a long time before I visit any Burger King. Their new Whopper Melt was a complete disappointment. We did customize our Whopper Melts a little bit, and the employees completely disregarded the instructions. The Hardee’s Frisco burger is 100 times better.
We took advantage of the mobile app so we could pre-order and go through the drive-thru. But it still took almost 10 minutes to get our food after we approach the window.
Be careful driving into the establishment. There are more potholes than pavement. It’s no wonder Burger King is going down the tubes fast.

Couldn’t rate the food. For was open, not a staff member in site. There was a lady waiting at the register who said the place might be abandoned but there were a couple people eating in the dining room. Didn’t wait around. Easy way to tell me you don’t want my business

Good tasty food. Usually a fast drive through experience. Orders have always been accurately filled for me. They handle coupons well especially from the their app. Plenty of parking. Careful leaving the drive through window. There’s a bit of a dip where the driveway meets the road.

Stopped by at 5:55 PM. I was the only one ordering food through the drive thru. They asked me to drive around to the front. My food was brought out. I drove home 15 minutes later no receipt in the bag and missing items tried calling the phone number. The phone number doesn’t work there’s nobody to contact corporate without a receipt. Get it together Burger King!!!
