Worst Burger King in the World! I was the second car in the Drive Thru. Around 6:30pm on a Friday, the parking lot has around 8 cars. After waiting for 25 minutes I called the store to ask if there was something wrong and the person on the phone started shouting that they are busy and I can leave if I cannot wait. I pulled over into the parking lot and checked inside the store to see how busy they were. As you can see from the pictures, the store was completely empty and they were not even understaffed. The employees were chit-chatting and laughing. They probably spit in your food as well… Never ever go here!

Absolutely the slowest BK I have ever been too. It’s 107pm and still sitting in drive thru waiting over 15 minutes. Ridiculous. Have 1 order and it’s still not ready when I finally pulled up to the window.

Not fast at all. You come here to grab and go then end up sitting at the speaker box for 5 mins just waiting on someone to take your order, watched guy put his palm in my kids’ frozen drink, then gal provides attitude when you ask for a drink carrier, then the “please pull up” and wait 15 more mins is just the best. Only one car in line and 3 quarter empty dining room. Lots of workers behind the counter as well, so just no excuse. Place sucks. Won’t be back.

When i walked in the door after using the restroom there was a little boy which appeared to be between the age 6 to 8 yrs old ran out of the kitchen. The cashier did not greet us and barely talked hard to hear her, there was another women working which appeared to be the manager was wearing saddles. When I got my food I could see the back line it was very gross full of dropped food and grease. The restaurant was dirty floors and tables the ketup pump out. There is no reason this store had to look like this

Horrible drive thru experience . They pulled 3 cars in front of me, once I got to the window they wanted me to pull forward to wait for my chicken. Fries and small fries. 10 mins later I got my food the girl that brought it out to me gave me my food I was in middle conversation with my nephew and she walked away and snarky said “ your welcome” I said excuse me it noon and your pulling cars in your drive thru to keep your drive thru times down. That is unacceptable, I’m an AM1 in a different state I know you can only pull 2 cars maximum, she told me if I have a problem I can contact corporate. I replied with I definitely will. She turned around and gave me the finger. Horrible customer service.

I have been eating at BK for 40+ years, and have traveled the country extensively. I would estimate eating BK in 20 states. Today was probably the worst overall experience. We were 2nd car in drive thru and it took about 15 minutes to get the wrong order.

If I could I would give no stars ! Took 15 minutes to get my daughters food and it was sitting on the hot warmer for at least 10 minutes and a guy with short hair and glasses scratched his head and proceeded making fries up in the containers. When they were making food no one had gloves on and the guy didn’t even wash his hands after scratching his head . Absolutely gross I should report to the health department.

There one single employee that makes this entire place like Gordon Ramsay’s worked here… Darien. he completely changes up the vibe of this burger king in most most postive way, darien carrys not only the staff but the whole industry of bk. He needs to be promoted to ceo immediately. This place would not be the same without darien working here. He goat and true king‼️
