I wish I knew her name but I didn’t get it. I think she’s a manager, or should be. A lady with long red braids, waited on us on 3/6, around 9 pm at the drive thru. Very nice, great customer service. Treated me with respect and food was great!

The woman that served us was wonderful. It was cold out and getting late and we can tell she was working very hard. She made our day. She was entertaining and had a good attitude. We appreciated her hard work and her enthusiastic attitude on this very cold night!

Burger kind food is always delicious! This one star review is for 1 employee, don’t know their name but I do know she was rude as hell from the jump of me ordering. I tried ordering a kids meal including the type I wanted, with the fries, an apple juice and toy. This employee had such a rude tone saying “I know what’s in the kids meal” and then added a bunch of other things. So I blew that off, proceeded to order, they made a suggestion… I miss heard them and repeated my order, then she got more rude I said forget it, pulled off and THEN she decides to yell out at me saying something! Burger king needs to invest some money into better intercoms and better customer service. No wonder most of them have less than 3.5 stars!!!!

Good but they don’t bring your food to you in the drive through for some reason. They make you go to the parking lot. I thought that was the point of a drive through

I ordered two eggnormous sausage burritos and TWO large HASHBROWNS and a chicken sandwich for my family and we ended up getting a thing of large fries and no two large hash browns in sight that I had ordered… One large fry to a family of four is not enough. Lady at the window asked aggressively “if that would be all”
They had me out front waiting on the chicken sandwich for five minutes and they still didn’t quite get my order right. They still should’ve at hashbrowns @8:30am I had ordered

Brought my two kids in for dinner.
walked in the front entrance and immediately smelled marijuana…. Came inside to see 2 employees sitting in the lobby area. Ordered food and got it without any delay. Went to get drinks and napkins… the floor by drink machine was soaked. Almost slipped (Even though several employees are sitting around up front) Also asked for napkins as BOTH big dispensers were completely empty. Once I asked for some and told them it was empty, they didn’t care. Workers Continued to sit out front and visit without doing any sort of house keeping. Bathrooms were disgusting too. Will not return to this location ever. Weir drive in Woodbury.

Food was fine and staff were very friendly. Line went fast. I cannot give more than 3 stars because the outside looks terrible. It is run down and really in poor shape. Looks like the franchise does NOT care about having a clean and neat drive thru. I would be hesitant to visit this location again.

This is an older restaurant, And I’ve never actually eaten inside. The crew at this restaurant goes the extra mile to make sure the food is always fresh. I’ve never had anything that wasn’t piping hot and fresh from this restaurant. They always get my order right. I’m on the road a lot and get stuck eating a lot of fast food. I make it a point to stop at this restaurant when I can. Definitely the best fast food restaurant in Woodbury
