I had an excellent exprerience at this store today with John, who was working the drive-thru window. I don’t know how much John gets paid, but I doubt it’s enough. He was extremely helpful and patient to me as an autistic individual. I had an excellent experience and I plan to revisit this location.

I ordered on mobile for a pick up at 9:43 am, and I was online before this time. They didn’t finish my order until 10:21. Not sure what the delay was…but my sandwich looked like it was sitting under a headlamp for 35+ minutes and was mushy and nuked by a heat lamp. Management either didn’t schedule enough people to work, or something is wrong with the equipment(I think the fryer was slow or something?) Two weeks ago they gave me the wrong food.

I had come to get the SpongeBob meal when I got to the window to pay. The lady informed me after she swiped my card that they did not have the drink nor the dessert. It was very unprofessional. She should’ve told me beforehand that they did not have the dessert or the drink. She let me know after I had already paid and I did not want to make an issue out of it, but I feel very unhappy about this situation. I should’ve been told but instead, I was rushed and ignored, and her attitude was rude.

Sure they’re not the fastest but damn do they work hard. Even with the small crew, They work their butts off and I’ve heard them have a good time with each other so it’s obvious they don’t hate it there. food is always pretty good too. very rarely Do they screw something up but are friendly enough to help fix it.

My father was just discriminated against for speaking Spanish at the drive-thru. His order was going completely fine—until he accidentally said bacon instead of sausage. Upon correcting his mistake (the cashier then had to “start over”) the cashier then just started repeating “I can’t understand what you’re saying sir” over and over (even though he already heard his coupon code PERFECTLY FINE, TOOK HIS ORDER PERFECTLY FINE)— but whatever. It is 2025 after all. My father then drove away after accepting his bacon egg and cheese croissant & confronted the manger about it. In which the manager said to my father, VERBATIM; “oh and you must be some sort of genius, huh?”— point is; If you do not articulate every single syllable, PERFECTLY. You MIGHT want to go to a different establishment. McDonald’s, Taco Bell, anywhere but this Burger King in particular. Currently has an employee- and a manager willing to back his employee up -that just “will not” be able to understand your order. Do better Burger King

It was really busy when we got here, but we showed up right at lunch time, so we expected it. Ordered ahead on the mobile app and our order was ready for us very quickly once we got through the line. Food tasted great, hot and fresh! & The staff was very friendly! The only bad thing about the stores they don’t have an in-store pickup option, so it’s worth noting before you go. It certainly was not fine dining, but for what it is it was very good!
Tip: Download and order through the app for two reasons:
1. The drive-thru line goes way faster (for everyone) if you just tell them your order number.
2. There are lots of deals in the “Offers” tab that you can only get there! (Some seriously good deals!!)

I came here cuz I had a coupon for a free whopper with the purchase of a small drink and fry. I know stuff is more expensive but almost $7 for a small drink and small fry. Local chains can do a 1/3 fresh burger on a brioche bun with good fries, a sauce and a beer for $10. $7 for this measly amount is a bit much, HOWEVER..
Dillon at drive through though was super polite and was actually my reason to write this review.. because I was disappointed in the value, but I will return to this location because of good staff like Dillon. I work in hospitality and have worked in restaurants for 20+ years and you can’t fake being genuinely hospitable and kind to people. That’s not a skill corporations can teach and if they can, not everyone can master it. Awesome attitude. This isn’t someone I know and this isn’t something I do when I write reviews, but I did ask him his name at the end because he was awesome and I wanted to pass this along. That’s a good employee

I usually only eat breakfast at Burger King so I can’t speak to the rest of the menu, but their breakfast sandwiches usually never disappoint.
I used to frequently go to this location, but it feels like for the last few years they’ve largely given up on their customer service. The last straw for me was this morning when I needed a quick bite to eat on the way into work. I checked their hours listed on their Google page and it showed they were open at 6am, confirmed by the business just 3 weeks ago. I pulled into the drive through at 6:25am, sat there for a handful of minutes with nobody responding on their drive through intercom, and then I hear some random voice shout “we’re not open yet” off in the distance.
I gave up and just grabbed a breakfast sandwich from a gas station instead. At least gas station food is more reliable than this location. That’ll likely be the last time I try to get any food from this location as this one of a handful of issues I’ve had with their service.
