I’ve not eaten Burger King in years and I didn’t realize how much I missed it and boy it sure tasted good. The lady that took my order her name was Ashontae, I think that’s how it was spelled, showed such great customer service and satisfaction. The entire crew seemed to work very well together. I would recommend Burger King to everyone. Tastes fantastic. Great job employees.

Honestly, this is a fine location. Employees we for sure a bit slow to take my order, and they were what some might consider rude. But foods fine, and hot, didnt have an issue with the workers, there was a customer causing a rukus so it took a while to get my order.
By no means is any burger king 5 star, but this is not a bad one at all.

All the employees here was unprofessional and rude. I don’t know if they are having a bad day or just don’t want to serve us. It was a slow Sunday afternoon going to drive-thur to get some kids meals but I end up sitting there for almost 5min and no one came on the speaker so I decided to said Hello. Following with Can you hear me?, then finally someone came on the speaker and tells me to hold on for minutes with an attitude. After ordering my order, I came around to the window and I still have to wait for my food. Worst experience ever here.

I waited 20 minutes to vet double cheeseburger combo. The burger was hot but it didn’t have “normal” flame broiled taste. Fries were warm not hot out of the oil after waiting 29 minutes. They also were tough, not crispy, but like it was fresh in really old oil. I’ve had issues at this particular BK in the past. Manager took care of it then, anywhere around today. I will not return to this particular one again.

I just Ordered 8 piece cheesey tots and the trio for 7.00 3 bacon cheese burgers plain because iam Deathly Allergi to pickles and I let them know that I was allergic to pickles and the man said ok but after I took a bite of one of the burgers I couldn’t feel my tongue pulling up to ER now..
To the employees pay better attention to the orders people place and what you give them I could of died because of your lack of attention does this look like a plain bacon cheese burger plain mean no pickles Ketchup or mustard.

Changing my review as they disappointed me during my first morning visit. 11/20/2025 I came in and ordered a breakfast combo, it comes with coffee. I watched as 3 people who ordered after me get a coffee while I continued to stand for 12 minutes waiting for mine. Eventually someone asked what I wanted, and I said a medium coffee. Then it turns out they had to brew more because they gave it all to the people in the drive thru and those who ordered after me.
After 12 minutes of placing my order, I finally got a coffee and after letting it cool down a bit, it tasted bad, it was burnt. Food was hardly warm since I waited so long just for them to finish the order.
Came here June 2nd for Lunch, around 11:30 AM. Much praise to the person who made my Dragon Whopper (limited item), it was very delicious and well made. It was fat with lots of toppings but not in a sloppy messy way and tasted great. Very good experience. I generally have a good experience with the food every time I go here but I only dine in and go for lunch or dinner so it may vary for others trying to do drive through or breakfast. Much better than the location in Roseville in my experience.

I have never been one to publicly announce any issues relating to my meal but receiving a cold burger is 1 thing & biting into a 1/2 burnt patty is another. I don’t seem to understand why my order took so long if it was simply going to be Cold & 1/2 burnt. My experience this evening was not an enjoyable one maybe if those kids would get off there DAM! phone and stop fulling around they could have provided my GF and I with actual customer service. Overall very disappointed did not even finish that piece of Coal… Rice St & Larpenteur Location
