⭐☆☆☆☆ Worst customer service ever!
As my partner and I pulled into the drive-thru, we mentioned right away that we had a coupon. The person taking the order said “okay,” and proceeded to take the full order—drinks and all. After confirming everything, I clarified that one Whopper should have no onions and no tomatoes, and that the second one should be left as is.
When we got to the window, I handed the lady (who wasn’t the one who took my order) the coupon first, before my card. She looked at it, took it from my hand, and still charged me the full price. When I asked for the receipt, she hesitated before handing it over. Sure enough, I had been charged the full amount. I asked about the coupon, and she closed the window to talk to her manager. When he came over, instead of helping, he told me I didn’t mention the coupon when ordering—which I absolutely did.
To make things worse, when I got home and checked the food, both burgers were wrong—both had no onions and no tomatoes, even though I said I only wanted one that way.
This location clearly doesn’t listen, doesn’t care about customers, and doesn’t take accountability. Never going back.
On top of that…. I found hair in my fries halfway eating it….

This was the best Burger King I have been to in a long time. I’ll be honest I wasnt expecting the best service or food because I was pulling up at 2am to get my dinner but not only was the food fresh the employees were super sweet. I know how hard it can be working fast food I used to work for Burger King myself and I haven’t had food that fresh in 9 years when I was making it for myself before my lunch breaks. It’s a shame this Burger King isn’t my local one. I was working overnight at a different store than the one I work at usually which brought me farther up north and ill be honest Burnsville could learn a few things from these people.

Roseville BK you are a disgrace! I went to grab breakfast and I noticed the sandwich looked odd but I couldn’t place what was different. Then it hit me. The egg. The egg was thin and scorched. I understand these sandwiches are on the on the 2 for 5 menu but doing this is going to lead to no customers period! Now there are 2 BKs I will not order from and oddly enough they are both in Roseville.
**Update** normally they give you a receipt with a link to tell BK how your experience was. These guys know what they are doing to save money and they don’t want to be ratted out!

##Update 2## so now after leaving the review I am being spammed by BK with free whoppers. No thank you! I only get the sausage egg and cheese biscuits from BK because it WAS the best place for breakfast. I will make my own going forward!

Wow what a pleasant surprise! We were in the area and decided to stop and have breakfast. Went to the order board and the lady was polite and didn’t hassle us to finish our order (other places are you done yet?) She read it back correctly too! When we got to the window she greeted us and my husband asked if she rang up something wrong because it was cheaper than he thought it was supposed to be! But no it was right! The cashier has skills! Then another male employee came up to the window and actually greeted us and gave us our food, he was really polite and friendly also! All of our food was fresh and hot, tasted great! We even treated our Boxer, Tinka, to her own sausage egg and cheese croissant and she approved happily!

The food we received was tasty, unfortunately, we went thru the drive thru, and discovered, at home, that we didn’t receive our whole order, even though we were charged for our whole order. We tried to call the store 2 times, but got no answer, and the answering machine was full.

This Burger King is terrible. I’ve ordered to go here many times whenever I show up it is not ready. The line is always long at least a 15-20 min wait for the drive thru. The establishment self is dirty. They the doors locked on the weekends so no one can come in to pick up their orders. The staff is rude and you can tell hate their jobs and lives. Overall, a terrible experience every time do not recommend coming here especially if you are in a hurry.

My son wanted Burger King food for dinner so we went to our local Burger King here in Roseville, MN. I thought that I would see if there was a “Veteran’s Day special” since it’s Veterans Day and I spent 24 years in military service. The drive-through cashier could not understand what I was saying and I could only understand “come forward”. When I did reach the first window, the employee and I were not able to communicate. I pulled around the store and went inside (thinking that I may have better luck). The employee inside still had trouble communicating with me, but indicated that there was nothing for veterans. I went back out to my car and went through the drive thru again, because my son had enjoyed Burger King food at every active duty post that I have ever been assigned to and I was too tired to go elseware. After continuously repeating myself and having the Burger King employee repeat himself, I was finally to get an order through. When I pulled up to the window the employee was laughing and said “no veterans, no veterans” which I guess meant no Veterans Day deal, which I had already guessed. He then continued to say something in a language I didn’t understand while laughing to one of his coworkers inside. I left the Roseville, MN Burger King disappointed in the service and the entire situation.

They have a lot of outdated signs for deals and menu items that are no longer offered displayed outside the restaurant. When I went into the restaurant to inquire about one of these items, it’s like they didn’t understand what I was talking about and immediately asked what kind of Whopper I wanted. I should also mention the interior had Christmas decor up– it is August as I write.
The employee stepped away after roughly my third time explaining, and I spoke to his manager with my question: Is the limited-time menu item still available, because the sign is outside and does not have a date? I received virtually the same response from her.
Both employees just repeated the same thing at me no matter how I phrased the question. It was like speaking to an AI chatbot instead of another human being. I understand struggling with English if it isn’t your first language and falling back on scripted responses if you aren’t sure, but if you don’t understand me, please, just be honest! It was a painful and awkward interaction when it didn’t need to be.
Ultimately, they got my order wrong, which was unfortunately not a big surprise as the girls in front of us had to correct their orders, too. I would’ve liked those onion rings, but I was too exhausted to bother with what I assumed would be the mythic feat of explaining my plight.
I should also mention there was absolutely no music playing, and the acoustics inside are crazy. I could hear just about every conversation going on from where I was sitting, including that of the kitchen staff. Really odd atmosphere.
Please remove the outdated, confusing signage outside (and interior decor, unless it’s meant to be a festive location) and let your employees be people and not worker-robots, and I’d gladly change my review to a higher score. 🙂

Some front facing employees can be very rude and do not care when they make a mistake. Very poor customer service from local staff. Plenty of other reviews pointing out the same thing. Go somewhere else.
