We only go to this Burger King because it is close to home. I don’t know why we keep going back though. 75% of the time the order is wrong. It’s usually just one item missing, but we pick up through the drive through which means we have to drive all the way around the building again and go inside to get it taken care of. I had to go inside the other day because a cheeseburger was missing from the order. The workers inside were very rude when I told them I was missing a sandwich. They cooked it wrong, in the microwave, and threw it in a bag sideways. It was a smashed mess to eat. The burger was still hot enough to burn my mouth when I got home too, and I live 2 miles away. I think everyone there needs to be fired and they need to hire a good manager. It used to be a good place to eat at.

Every single time I come here the food is cold. I used to work at Burger King so I know exactly how long each item takes to cook when I went through the drive-thru I specifically asked to have the original chicken sandwich dropped fresh. I pull up to the window 30 seconds later and they hand me the food. I knew God damn well that food was not fresh I didn’t ask you to redrop the food I asked for you to drop fresh food. I don’t know if the rules have changed but when I worked at Burger King this was not allowed If somebody wanted fresh food you dropped them fresh food!!! Stay away from this location like the plague!!!!!

Rude staff rude female supervisor. After staff was rude I called to let the manager know and she was rude also asking me what else do I want after I explain her staff rudeness and smart mouth towards me. No apology at all. I had to drive 15 min to another BK to avoid staff messing with my food. Staff being rude is one thing but when the leader is rude is beyond me. Very annoying

Cashier joked about charging me $80 for a $24 order (weird and never funny). Also complained about being busy despite there being almost no other customers. Many lights were off inside so it just felt creepy. Felt bad taking my kid here because of the SpongeBob Movie Combo. Hopefully never have to go to a BK again.

So like I went to get the new Vikings Sunday and they give me half a cup of ice cream with a little something on top. Fries are either too salty or not salty and sometimes taste like they aren’t fried all the way through. But kids like it. But do not get the ice cream treats cuz they don’t give you a full thing. It’s like half a cup and for this to be two flipping dollars. Highly disappointing. Should have gone over to dairy Queen to get overpriced Sunday but at least I would get a full cup

Went through the drive through January 6, 6:15 pm and got told it was going to be 45 minute wait for my food, I asked if the grill was down they said no they had a large amount of orders. There were 4 cars in the parking lot. 45 minutes come on this is not fine dining, last I checked it was a fast food restaurant. Sorry for the blurry pic but just wanted to show how “busy” they were
