Placed 2 orders through the app, waited over 45 minutes and was told they were too busy to complete my order and to call corporate for a refund. Never got my food or a refund, the app help informed me they cant process refunds. I’m not sure why they were so busy, there was 4-5 employees and no orders were going out. The drive thru line never moved the entire time we were there, an elderly couple inside had waited close to an hour and then was refunded.

Metro Area 4 times a week
And I always order my Whopper heavy all yet when I have gotten my burger at other Burger King’s hardly any fixings on them
Your cook definitely knew what heavy all meant and made me and my guest very delicious sandwiches
I definiyely look forward to visiting here again when in this area

Finally a place that has a real playground and food. Hopefully they get enough revenue to do a few more updates. They are a little short of seating in the play area. Otherwise the playground is a huge hit.

I had a divine experience at this Burger King! The staff is super accommodating! The food is utterly superb! I highly recommend dinning at this Burger King location!! This place is also super kid friendly! I will definitely be coming back to this Burger King on a regular basis!

Amazing service!! We had a huge $60 five person dinner order and they handled it extremely well! The lady taking our giant order was so kind and patient, and very attentive. The guy that brought our order out was also kind and thorough, reading our whole order back to us again . We are shocked our entire order arrived hot and fresh, nothing missing or wrong, and super fast~ only about 5 minutes at most.
If every fast food restaurant could operate like these employees did, the world would be a better place for us rushed, on the go fast food-eating families lol! Thanks so much

Ordered online in parking lot and drove to the drive thru. I asked the cashier to please separate 2 burgers and an order of fries in a separate bag. She said she couldn’t because they already made the order. I asked again please separate two of the burgers and an order of fries in another bag. She said pull up or around. I didn’t quite understand, so I asked her again. Did you say pull around to the door ? She yelled at me saying yes pull around! I waited until she brought my food and asked her if she was the one who helped me she said yes. I advised her that she was rude. She apologized in a tone like she didn’t mean it but said it was because she was dealing with another customer. Hmmmm there was only one car in front of me … I spent 50 dollars here when I should have went somewhere else.

We stop by to get some food for the road and as soon as we park in the parking lot the lady jump in front of us and told us that she can’t serve us because they didn’t have enough workers. So we we end up at Dairy Queen at the other side of the road. By the way great service at Dairy Queen!!!!! Please don’t waste your time at this Burger King.

This location used to be fantastic, and would get five stars back in the day. Instead, the last three times I’ve been here it’s been a 20+ minute wait to get to the window in the drive through during lunch and dinner times, and the lobby is closed because they don’t have enough staff. Those that are still here sound obviously overworked and I hope their situation improves soon. I’m writing this waiting in line with four cars in front of me even after waiting for 15 minutes, regretting that I didn’t stop in Maplewood instead on my way home.
