Probably the best fast food restaurants for fresh ingredients, cleanliness, as well as customer service. Stop there yesterday for a quick lunch and had two Whoppers fries and a drink. The Whoppers had the best tomatoes and onions that I’ve ever had at any fast food overall. The fries were perfectly cooked, salted and delicious. I just wish the app was working while I was there so I could have benefited from a reward but nonetheless it was a very delicious fast food meal. I would almost go as far as to say – the best I’ve had in my 20 plus adult years!!

Very friendly and accommodating, we ambushed them with a party of 10 order and they didn’t miss a single item. Everything tasted delicious, the flame-grill burgers looked like they were prepped for a commercial- not a single smushed sesame bun.

We order from here all the time on doordash. It’s always great. But last night I did not get my Whopper Junior. We also tried to use a coupon we had for cheesy tots because they didn’t have them last time. They did not have them again. From our order last night we got another coupon because they didn’t have what we needed but we paid for it. Don’t give us coupons because you know that you are going to get less people to come down there and use the coupons. Just take the money off our bill and let us know what you don’t have what we want. My husband reordered me the Whopper Junior with a few other side items. The french fries tasted like they were sitting in that grease 4 hours. Just so disappointed because we always have great results there and we love the Whopper. Very unhappy

I went through drive thru , service was great . My double whopper was hot , problem was i asked for no pickle got xtra pickle, i got no lettuce, barely any mayo. I go to bk in brooklyn and everything is on pointe! My sandwich looked a kindergardner made.is! 1/10

Theyre fast with service, food is always hot. But, I’ve had issues before with staff being rude and disrespectful. But I must say the last few times I’ve gone there, the staff have been very nice.

So this past weekend my mom decided to order some food for the family through my app. We didn’t get five items so I called them, they said I’d have to call DoorDash. Alright, so I called them, they called this location to see if they can remake the items we didn’t get so we can have them delivered. They flat out said no. So now I’m emailing customer service trying to get my mom a refund and not coupons.

One of the worse customer service I have seen in awhile. Evidently, a five minute wait is ok at the drive thru menu board. It happened to me. I got tired of waiting and no response so I pulled up to the window. The lady yelled at me because I didn’t wait at the menu board. She looked at her screen and told it was five minutes, which is how I knew the time.
