This BK is really hit-or-miss. Sometimes they close at random times without warning, so have a plan B. My orders are always correct and the food is usually hot. Wait times are normal.

I pulled in the drive thru 9:51pm and they said they where closed. This is the second time I’ve come here when the store was closed early. I asked “when do you close?” The employee responded “we’re closed now.” I won’t be returning ever! Which is a shame because I just moved into the neighborhood a couple blocks down the road.

Went through the drive through and tried to use my giftcard and the female said it didn’t work, mind you I had been there few days before and it worked fine then so unless there giftcard policy was changed, or they just don’t know how use the register.

They keep taking my coupons and still charging me full price. I asked and they said I didn’t give them the coupon code so it’s my fault. They kept taking physical coupons out of my hands and just not saying anything or can’t use their eyes to look for a code on it themselves.

Ppl rude managers are rude specially on the second shift. Went to order food and they couldn’t hear me because it was loud on their end. Pulled up to the pay window and they said they couldn’t place the order because I was talking loud even tho it was their teams fault.

My whopper Jr. and French fries were perfect! I can’t remember the last time my hamburger looked like the commercials. This location has the best food for BK around. Been here twice this month (January 2023) and service was great both times!

Burger King is the definition of a dumpster fire… I actually wish it was a dumpster fire because then I would actually have some flavor. I despise everything that is and stands for “Burger King” (side note do not understand how you can call yourself a king) you do not even want to know the torment my internal organs had to endure to simply just digest the food you created.

Love the taste of the food. Employees are helpful. It always seems like something gets messed up on my order, which leaves me frustrated. Wish the mobile app was a pinch more user friendly (I heard of a update coming, so time will tell).
