Burger King’s quality has declined significantly!
I did the survey that they offer on the back of every receipt, stating that you get a free whopper.. but you also have to purchase a small fry and drink!! It’s right there on the receipt, so they’re not lying, but wait till they ring it up …you’re still paying 4.78 plus tax for a small fry and a small drink, just to get a free whopper! Meanwhile, you can get 2 whoppers for $5, per their current promo. It’s a joke. But that’s not why I wrote this review…. their quality is incredibly poor … just one more reason why they are losing sales. But it’s fast food so I could care less if they all go out of business.
Prices go up, quality goes down. Just another reason why I don’t believe in raising the minimum wage sure the employees are getting paid more money but they’re just making cheaper lower quality food. Just another way to stick it to the consumer. NO THANK YOU

These scum of the Earth not only sold me a half raw chicken sandwich. But instead of even asking if I was okay, the manager gets upset and says I shouldnt falsely accuse them. Health department and Corporate have been contacted.

Today I visited your location because I like going to Burger King, the truth is that I was impressed by the professionalism of a member of your team,(her name was Justine) she was very friendly and attentive during my visit.
You should be proud to have staff like her, excellent customer service.
During my visit she never stopped working. She was attentive to all the customers, she visited the tables to ensure that everything was fine and at the end she thanked them for visiting the place, I have been a restaurant general manager and the truth is I am very grateful to know that there are people who have that type of dedication and commitment for their job.

Worse fries and onion rings I was ever served and it’s the worst when the staff thinks you’re lying. Talking about bring thr food back you guys know very well the garbage you served. Definitely won’t order from there again
