Ordered from this Burger King in Oshkosh today, I used their online ordering platform which listed diet mello yellow as an option. They don’t have it. A woman yelled this at my out of the window when we pulled up. We received our food in the drive through and drove away. I noticed the bag was leaking grease. I opened the bag and one of the fries was fully dumped out into the bag. I moved the fries and my whopper jr. Was at the bottom of the bag completely soaked and dripping in grease. It literally looked like they dunked it in the frier before putting it in the bag. Absolutely disgusting. I opened the wrapper up and half the meat patty was sticking out off the burger, the bun was wrinkled up and it looked like someone had put this hamburger together by throwing all of the ingredients at it like a dart board. We went back to the restaurant and I returned the food to which a very rude woman told me, “there’s nothing we can do about it, gotta complain on the app.” I attempted to get resolution by reporting this issue on the Burger King app. I was greeted by a virtual attendant that would never let me respond to anything or explain the situation or explain that I was never refunded my money despite the food being inedible. It told me I could speak to a human if I was worried about privacy concerns and when I asked it to speak to a human it ended the chat and closed. I have no idea what kind of racket Burger King is running here, but I am beyond mad and frustrated with this entire experience. If it was possible, I would give this Burger King 0 stars. I didn’t think I would be having this big of an issue getting my problems resolved or I would have taken a photo of the grease soaked bag and “hamburger” mess.

I told the help 4 time that I was allergic to tomatoes iI reiterated at the window that I was allergic to tomatoes I heard them yell back to the line making it no tomatoes. I made the mistake of not looking at it and took a bite, TOMATOES I had an allergic reaction. I went in to tell management that they had put tomato on that I was allergic to them. They said will make up a new one for you and literally threw it on the counter. Terrible customer service. I’m lucky I did not end up in the hospital, but I did end up going to the walking clinic due to it and was given antibiotics. I tried contact management. They never returned my callthey obviously don’t care about there customers poor management, I even called a different Burger King, to get the district managers to call me. He never called I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone. Especially if they have allergies.

Love the friendly staff here at this location. They are always welcoming and extra kind to my 2 year old. They make our food fresh, and quickly anytime we go in there, and will even throw some fries in for us during breakfast hours for my son. Great food and a nice clean and chill atmosphere when we go inside to eat, and anytime I go through the drive through they move nice and quick.

The drive threw guy was extremely rude. we asked for no tomatoes and they just took the tomatoes off the burger and then sent it out, also got a kids meal for my daughter and they just decided for us what her side and drink was gonna be.

It was filthy and service was slow. Bathrooms were horrendous, so I hope the employees are able to wash their hands someplace else. Go anywhere else but here.

My son is very picky with food. No condiments. Extra pickles. He was excited to know the staff listened to him. At other restaurants they typically gave him 3 pickles but here, they gave him what he wanted. He opened that burger, he’s used to being let down and finding ketchup and then just refusing to eat, but he saw no ketchup and a handful of pickles. His day was made!! Staff were friendly. Place was clean.

the food is fine when they read the order. i order through the app all the time over a year now. and they get my order right 80% of the time. i trust this location I’ve main street but that’s not saying much. i ordered a double cheese burger, i got a single. How does that happen? Stuff like that happens all the time.Here.The food can be fine but I don’t get what I Order. so don’t order more than 2 things or they are likely to screw it up

Really good food. The place was very clean and every employee was spot on with keeping it a very clean dining room and kitchen area. Bathrooms very spotless and clean. Food was hot and to die for and freindly staff made sure I had everything I needed. Help me fill my glass of soda. Got me 3 cups of ketchup. Very dog friendly on the patio and they usually give my dog a bone when I go thru the drive thru.

I got a chicken jr for my son. He bit it in the parking lot and it was rock cold. I returned to asked for a fresh chicken jr and was made to wait 10 mins. When I received new food, still wasn’t hot or fresh. Will never return.
Two years later I return and get this sundae given to me no cap and half full have it ur way I guess right ?
