Easy off and back on the interstate. Plenty of parking. My order was taken immediately. The cheeseburger and fries were hot and fresh!! They have an active drive-thru. Tables, counters, and floors were clean, as were the restrooms!! The staff was friendly and courteous. It made a great impression.

For a Burger King and any fast food restaurant this BK was great. Very nice service. Food was hot and actually looked good. Atmosphere was clean and better than any other fast food place around. If your looking for fast food I would come back there again and I hate fast food restaurants… So that is saying something.

Went at lunch and service was slow, the lady working the window was extremely rude I got a medium fry instead of the large I ordered and coke instead of Dr Pepper for my drink. So disappointed in the experience all around

Usually when I go to a Burger King in Oshkosh it isn’t my first choice. This one is always my choice over the other one though. I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience or bad food. I have had times where it could have been better, but nothing that warranted a complaint. However this last Thursday these guys amazed me all around. My semi broke down for the second time that day. It died pulling in to the lot there and I had to wait for a wrecker. So I thought why not. I’ll go grab dinner while I wait. I got to the door to see the inside was closed due to staffing. I walked back to my truck frustrated. But then I had an idea. I downloaded the mobile app and put together my order. Then I called the store and asked if I submitted it if they would just meet me at the door with it. They said absolutely! So I did and walked back to the door. They didn’t meet me at the door. They let me in to wait. My food came to me super hot and just made. They could have easily and politely said no and it wouldn’t have been any fault of their own and I would have understood. But they didn’t. I wish more places took drivers in to consideration in situations like this. A huge thank you to you guys!!!

Just went thru drive ordered 2 gluten free whoppers and they where cold, slopped together. Then my fiance had hair in his burger. I will definitely not be going back there. Was no excuse as they where not even busy.
