I came in and was served by Diamond and she was very sweet towards me and she recommended me the jalapeño poppers and I mentioned how I’m not a spicy person and she agreed with me and stated that it wasn’t like biting into a jalapeño but more like biting into a cheesy popper with just a little kick. I will definitely be coming back here just because of how sweet and customer focused she is.

This Burger King on Main Street in Oshkosh continues to live up to its bad reputation.
I went through the drive-through to grab a quick lunch on my way to pick up my daughter from school. Part of my order needed to be made fresh, so I was asked to pull around front and wait for someone to bring it out. I waited 20 minutes with no update and no food. Because I was on a strict time limit, I finally had to go inside to ask what was going on.
Instead of help, I was immediately met with attitude from who I assume was the manager. That’s when I was told my food had been given to the wrong car. Rather than apologizing and remaking the order, she became defensive about my tone and simply refunded my money.
At that point, I was completely out of time and couldn’t go anywhere else. I missed my opportunity to eat lunch entirely due to this restaurant’s negligence.
The manager tried to blame it on “training,” but this isn’t a one-off issue, this location is consistently disorganized, and this wasn’t my first bad experience here. At some point, it stops being a training problem and becomes a management problem.
Poor communication, poor accountability, and even worse customer service. I won’t be back.

Friendly staff. The order was correct, even with my kids being picky with their topings as they don’t like certain things on their burgers.

Burger was way overcooked. Lettuce all wilted. Had to wait 10 min for fries. . That’s why the lettuce was all nasty. Ends of a tomato on the burger also gross

Sunday Sept 21 .Doors were locked at 8:00. No hours on the doors .There We’re people inside , outside lights and dinning room lights were on. Thankfully McDonald’s for being open.

I am allergic to meat, I break out in nasty welts all over my skin when I eat beef or pork, and sometimes even chicken. this is the only fast food place I’m really allowed to eat besides taco bell. I HAVE to order the impossible whopper, which is okay but it definitely has that “not real meat” flavor so I always try to add cheese to cut that. I NEVER GET THE CHEESE! EVER! REALLY UNFORTUNATE CONSIDERING I CANT EAT ANYWHERE BOO ON THIS PLACE

Kind of spits in the face of walkable cities when a fast food joint on the main drag is drive-through only. Food is good; open your doors to pedestrians or move out.
