fries were at least 40 minutes old, bacon king doesn’t have proper portioning, and has cross contamination with a pickle and some lettuce inside the wrap. YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO HAVE 4 SLICES OF CHEESE ON THE BURGER BY DEFAULT, AND NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ALLERGIC REACTIONS FROM CROSS CONTAMINATION. GO CLOCK OUT AND DO NOT WORK HERE EVER AGAIN.

Ordered breakfast 20 mims before breakfast ends was told they only have a 3 piece french toast left so I got it and an egg and cheese croissant. No receipt to complain on ur site. My poor sandwich looked like they smashed it down and there’s barely any egg its like a mm thin and the french toast was old and only 2 and a half sticks. Im super sad cause im never up in time for breakfast and then i get that ☹

First time at the BK lounge in years. I got it through the drive through, ate it at home, and wish I would’ve gotten two. So savory. Super delicious. Don’t forget to drink water, stay hydrated out there. Update. Just subbed the bun for the pretzel bun and did two impossible patties

Food was fine staff were fine but prices are getting outrageous. 18$ for a meal and sandwich. That was just food for one person. At these prices you might as well go to a sit-down restaurant.

service was okay. 12 31-19 ordered a chicken sandwich this is what I got. I got over 23 pickles on my sandwich! Very disgusting! Wow 1 of our sandwiches was filled with onions could not even see the meat!

Good food from here and not too bad of prices I will keep it honest though the people at the windows are kinda nice but don’t communicate alot which is fine they want to keep the lines going in the drive thru section. Good food though and fast at giving your food out to your car

Arrived at the drive thru at 10:01 am did not get our food until 10:29 am. I have had faster service at a sit down restaurant. When we got the food it was cold and poorly made. When you are taking that much time to make a sandwich you would think they could make it better.

When I order my food I got onion rings and they tasted super bad, it was like pretty much only crust on the outside of the onion rings and their wasn’t even really any onions and when I got my food 20 minutes later my Oinion rings were not even warm and they were hard. I better get a free coupon for a sandwich or something cause it was unacceptable that how my food.
