Waited in like today at 4pm waited for 3 minutes before I was told to wait. I then waited for 4 more minutes before I decided the crew wasn’t able to handle customers. There was 3 people seated in the lobby and two cars in line. I think its time for a new manager! Never did get the food i stopped for, i figured they were overwhelmed by the two people in line. I will NOT be returning!

Every time we’ve ordered delivery we have had multiple item missing from the order. Drinks, deserts, sauces etc. Don’t put proper lids on sundaes so those spilled everywhere. Reoccurring issues. That being said when we called, the manager said he would make it right. We stopped in he got us the missing food and remade the desserts that got spilled. Props to the manager, changed my whole opinion of this location.

Normally I order and have everything made fresh, cause if you don’t some times you get some rock hard food. I ask the guy taking orders he is the food pretty fresh if not I’ll wait for the good to be made fresh, and he was like yeah the foods fresh. I take his word for it, get home 10 minutes later, and amazing enough, I get a really dry sandwich, and hard chicken nuggets. Amazing

I came her on a Friday with my little brother and Grandma. We sat there for about 10 Minutes and no one took our order. But once they took our order we realized the wait was worth it. The burger I got was good but it was massive. Otherwise a well ran location.

I try to keep restaurant reviews nice because I worked in food service before and I know how bad it can be, but the people there didn’t seem like they were trying to be nice at all. I went through the drive though and they wouldn’t look at me at all at the window. Furthermore I have a heart condition and I need to cut back on red meats so I asked them to use impossible patties for my order but they still gave me beef despite charging me extra for the patties. The taste of the ingredients is good, but the staff needs to be more careful with their orders.

This is my favorite BK out of them all! (So far!) Food is always hot and made right. Even when it’s a “special” order with lots of changes to regular menu offerings they still come through. Service is quicky, always friendly, very accommodating. Very easy to access and exit, and right next to Kwik trip! 5 stars in my book. (And that’s impressive for a fast food joint.)

Food orders are always correct. The staff have great personalities! When dining in with my sister the interaction the employee (Logan) was warm and friendly. He checked on us while eating to see if we needed anything. I have never had that happen at a fast food place.

When we walked in, the staff were in the middle of a shouting match. Shortly after, the woman who appeared to be the manager left. We also should have left at that point, but I didn’t have much time left on my lunch hour so we stayed and ordered.
Our food took like 15 minutes to come out. The up side to that was hot fries. They were good.
The downside to everything is that I started getting nauseated about an hour after eating and puked an hour after that. My husband experienced other GI symptoms. Our daughter is fine, she had chicken nuggets. He and I each had burgers. The issue seems to be the burgers or whoever made them vs the nuggets. I started feeling better immediately after I puked, so I can’t imagine it was anything else aside from my lunch. It is all I ate today.
I can get around the dysfunctional employees, but not around puking or my husband’s issues. That is just nasty.
10/10 do not recommend this experience to anyone. Will not be back.

Opens at 9 and was told at 9:40 there was going to be a 15-20 minute wait for grill to warm up. Wish this was the only issue here but history tells another story. That being said, it has improved in the last few years.
