This place seriously needs to get their ducks in a row. They take FOREVER. Which means if you take so long, you shouldn’t mess up almost every single time. I just got a DoorDash order from there trying to give them one last shot & My soda is completely watered down, flat and warm with not even one ice cube in it. My sandwich is wrong and my fries are soggy cold. NOT wasting my money here again.

I stopping going here as a quick bite because it’s near my home. They always rush and don’t even let me finish ordering my food. I get I’m slow but not that slow lol. Everything always tastes good and the workers are nice WHEN AT THE WINDOW. I’ve worked and managed fast food for years before and so I know how it is.

I had a very poor experience with this restaurant. I had placed two orders and both orders were incorrect. I ordered a burger with no bun but apparently they’re not allowed to put ketchup or anything else on there because of their policy. And the person that put my food together was very rude and even after the fact they still got my order wrong.

Fast & good service as well as very polite. Went there just to try their $1 tacos. Flavor I thought was good however don’t think they’re worth the price. Shells were to hard like they were nuked to long, meat only covered half the shell, 1 small piece of lettuce & only there was cheese because I really had to look for it.

Not only is everything ,literally everything sticky inside this place . But the food is cold . Fries stale. We tried the new spicy chicken. They had to remake it. Second time as bad as the first . Burnt , dry and disgusting.

Wanted to try a the new ghost pepper whopper and asked about it. Employee didn’t know anything about it. Paid a hefty premium price for a low quality burger and fries. Would rather go to better and cleaner restaurant like Culver’s for the price you pay here. Employees are raggedy and dirty

I ordered thru their app, got three whopper’s, all with no pickles, no ketchup. I got a few miles down the road before I stopped to take a few bites and noticed 5 pickles on my burger. I turned around, receipt and sandwich in hand, returned them all, and the male manager Adam? Was very apologetic and understanding of the simple mistake, offered a full replacement, and was very cordial. Thank you to him. The female manager, who’s name I was not able to catch, claimed that she personally made the sandwiches, and that they were “perfect” the pic proves otherwise. I then heard her chastise the other gentlemen I had spoken with for giving me a new order. I will say, that they young man who handled the situation did so very well! He even went above and beyond by offering a dessert as well, while the female manager scoffed, AND (And this is important) she also “forgot” the lettuce on one of my re-made burgers…thank goodness for the male manager.
