I ended up going to this Burger King at about nine at night because my three kids were hungry and all I got from the employees was constantly being asked if I am serious about ordering this much food and that this is ridiculous because there’s only two people working in there, so then I paid a little over $30 for all the food and then was told to pull ahead and ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes for them to bring the food out. Keep in mind all I ordered was a couple cheeseburgers and a couple chicken sandwiches, the ketchup mustard mix was so gross tasting I don’t know if it was an old bottle or it was just way too much mustard but once I scraped off all the condiments on it and added my own ketchup, then it was at least decent. The chicken sandwich has no taste like chicken or anything it taste like salty cardboard

I couldn’t believe the service I received there. Today is Thursday, 7/6/2023. I was upset because I ordered a freezie and they didn’t have any which happens a lot. Then I asked if my granddaughter’s food was put as a meal. One girl said no I asked why. She said she needed a manager. That’s ridiculous. What really was the sarcastic way she kept calling me Sunshine. So I asked her what was her name was and very loud and more sarcastic look said Jen. Then I drove away and saw I was missing a fries. I believe that was done intentionally.

For a almost $35 order my nuggest were forgot came out 10 minutes later looking like someone ran them through a blender then my 14 burger had 3 pieces of bacon the size of dimes on it a said is this normal they said oh sorry they gave u the smallest pieces possible for 35 dollars and a total of 1 other customer in the building you would think they could do better.

The restaurant was fairly dirty but they were in the process of cleaning it when we arrived. The food order did not arrive correctly but they promptly fixed it by adding another patty directly to the already bitten out of sandwich, however they forgot the cheese to go with it. The french fries were the best part of the meal, they were amazing!! I doubt we will patronize this location again.
