as it was chaotic, the inside of the restaurant wasn’t inviting and we certainly didn’t feel welcomed. I gave them 1 star, as I think I had to leave them a rating. My choice would’ve been zero stars. So be warned.
Got order. Pull around. No cheese. Onion and tomato still on sandwich.
Back to drive thru, explain issue – wait ten minutes- I am handed a BACON whopper, no cheese, still had onion and tomato.
I didn’t pull away this time. Again, explain the issue. Vanilla Ice WannaBe screamed in my face. This was your error, your mistake – I waited over 20 min and STILL don’t have what I ordered. I finally said forget it. Please pull the cameras, he should be fired. Completely inept, slow, rude and unprofessional. Will be taking this up with corporate.
Staff was nice, the rest… no so much.
Mozzarella sticks were cold and hard and the sauce tasted gross
Crispy chicken sandwich was cold
The snack wraps were ice cold
