Waited over 30 minutes for our food in the drive thru after ordering on the app. Waited 20 minutes at window to be told to pull ahead. We pulled ahead, waited another 5 minutes, meanwhile cars were getting their food and pulling away behind us. I went in to ask how much longer it was going to be. The man ignored me and turned around. They literally didn’t have any of our order done except the kids meal. They were clearly purposely ignoring making our order despite the fact that we had been waiting that long. Mind you the lady at the window originally told us it would only be a few minutes until our food was ready, that they were finishing it up. Eventually handed me our food at the counter, never apologized, no coupons for the wait, nothing. Chatted on the app and they offered to send me a $5 coupon. Like that makes up for the rudeness of the employees and the other 30 minute wait for an order that was placed in advanced? I could’ve went to a sit down restaurant and gotten my food and had it almost ate before I would’ve gotten my food at Burger King. Will not be going back for a long long time, if at all.
I should also add, when we got there, there was NO ONE else in the drive thru and only one gentleman placed an order inside while we were waiting at the window and he got his food prior to us being pulled forward to wait.

Been here a few times at different times of the day, breakfast not so bad….lunch i try to avoid it because i usually have to wait anywhere between 15-25 mins for my food…i had missed my 30 min lunch because i was waiting forever. Then another time i went through the drive-thru and i waited 25 mins in drive thru behind another customer at the speaker….then another 5 mins while the customer ordered…so i wasted 30mins and didn’t even order a single thing. I ended up going to a different restaurant and had my order taken, made and received in less the 4 mins.

Best Burger King I’ve been to in a long time! The food was fresh, the order was correct, the dining room was clean. The workers seem like they take pride in their restaurant. The man at the counter (Kobie-sorry if I misspelled)was kind and friendly. All of the tables had crowns on them for the kids and all of the tables are clean and being wiped down immediately after people leave (thanks to Amy!). Will definitely come back here! Keep up the good work!

I sat in line at the drive thru for probably 10 minutes before even ordering and then sat around 10 more minutes and never made it to the first window to pay. I left. I did call and cancel the order, but a drive thru needs to be much, much faster.

Don’t go through drive thru. 40 min in line wait…. Ridiculous… I’m assuming 1 person takes the order, that same person then makes it, then goes on a 20 min break, then takes your money then finally get your food?

I did the drive thru, food was what you would expect from a Burger King frys were actually hot to the touch and the burger was warm food literally was exactly what you would want to be served from a Burger King, and they didn’t make me drive up and wait.

Made the mistake to not look at reviews, waited in drive through to not even be acknowledged for about 15 min then took my order to wait an additional 25 min for my food, so employee then stated be careful food is very hot. The fries were soggy cold, whopper was gross felt like it came out of a fridge, I temped it with my phone, mind you it’s not perfect, but 71 degrees really good, not jalapeno bites were hot again phone ” temp” was 144 service was horrible. Food horrible! STAY AWAY! But if your like me you will be trapped because you don’t read a review….

Do not eat here!!!! Whopper Wednesday’s are a joke! Why advertise when you can’t deliver the food. People are tired of waiting in the drive thru for 25 minutes. No customer service at all! Snails move faster than the employees at this place!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED ended up eating at Mc Donalds.

The worst service of all in Manitowoc 45 minutes for 2; Burgers. Not once did it happen but 4 or 5 times I’m tired of the service but pay your workers I bet if you paid them more you would see a big difference

Placed my order 15 minutes before they close got there as 11 rolled around and they said they didn’t make it. They didn’t ask my name, didn’t ask for a code or what was on it. I was pretty upset but I understand it’s been a busy day. I hope it’s easier to get to my order next time i come through
