Ghost Town Burger King.
Nobody inside when I got there, nobody there when I left.
Unhappy order taker gave no greeting.
She had to call her supervisor for help with a meal special.
She had even less personality.
My request for a fresh burger was ignored and I received a heat lamp Whopper.
At least the fries were room temperature and lots of little bits of old fries were at the bottom of the container.
When this place finally shuts down, they’ll have to put signs on the door to let people know.
If you ever want to be alone and enjoy a fresh burger and hot fries, buy them from someplace else and go to Westfield Burger King.
It’s quieter than a library and they won’t even know you’re there.

Went through drive w/ my special needs child whom as a severe eating disorder/ feeding tube and she is bottle dependent and tell me why the girl handing me my food KEPT STARING AT MY CHILD CRAZY AND THEN LOOKING AT ME!! Like GROW UP YOURE AN ADULT! I HAD TO DO EVERYTHING I COULD TO NOT ASK HER OF THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE way SHE KEPT LOOKING AT MY KID! No im not be dramatic cause it happened every time she came to the window to take my money and give me my food is super uncomfortable, and it was just sad because at the end of the day it’s a child!!! So maybe you should talk to your employees about that. I came yesterday morning around 8ish am the girl had red framed glosses.

This Burger King is solid in the mornings – the breakfast crew is usually quick, accurate, and friendly. After 4 pm, though, the quality drops off. Service gets very slow, orders are often incorrect, and the staff can come across as unprofessional. I’d recommend this location if you’re stopping in for breakfast, but not for much else.

Ordered the original chicken sandwich and asked for onions, extra onions only got a few onions on sandwich. Fries were cold! How difficult is it to serve hot, fresh fries? I would wait for hot fries every time!

Absolutely the worst “fast” food service. Waited 10 minutes in the drive through, with 2 cars ahead of us, and they missed putting one of our items in the bag. So slow!! Can’t recommend.

Got there an hour and 45 minutes before close and it took 5-10 minutes of standing at the counter before anyone even acknowledged us. And when they did it was some of the worst service/ attitude I have ever had. Once we got our food we went to sit down and all the tables were dirty except for some that were blocked by chairs. There was already another family sitting over there so we did as well. While eating then, an employee came over and said “to you 2 family’s sitting over here this section is closed because we just cleaned it.” To which I stated that all the other tables were dirty in the other area. To which she stormed away and came back and cleaned off the other tables and rebooked off the other section. Again this was almost 2 hours before close…

This is the slowest fast food location I have ever been in. Very poor order filling process. Took 15 minutes to get two cheese burgers and Jr. Whopper. Seven orders behind mine were filled first while my burgers sat under the heat lamp for at least 10 minutes. Regretful that I gave this location my business.

you speak?” I had come in with my five-year-old daughter, who was pretty excited for a (rare) trip to Burger King, but she may has well have been a meat popsicle or other inanimate object, based on her treatment from the totally checked out counter person.
The burger I ordered was slopped together haphazardly and carelessly and fell apart quickly. I have a hard time imagining a lower level of customer service, possibly because it’s inconceivable. It may not exist.
In my visit to Westfield Burger King this evening, I have been instantly converted to be a full supporter of automated fast food restaurants.

Extremely slow service to order and receive food. Seems as if workers cannot multitask. As this is off a major highway I expected faster service total wait time from getting into the drive thru and receiving my 3 items was close to 25 minutes. Workers were nice though.
