Wow! I don’t do many (if any) fast food places, but this was a random stop that’s worth mentioning. The place was so flippin’ clean and my burger was tender and made well. The kids who took my order was all smiles and super nice. Kudos to whoever manages this Burger King!! Thanks for the great service and food!!

I’m told to pull around the front of the building everytime, whether there’s cars behind me or not. Today I placed a mobile order for pick up in the drive thru and they still told me to pull around out front. With 3 cars in front of me already parked and waiting, my simple whopper and fries didn’t make it out until 20 minutes later. The poor guy bringing orders outside almost slipped on the ice and he had to make 3 trips out to the same car in front of me – one for food, one for drinks, and another for condiments. My cold fries were only halfway filled in the container and my whopper was oozing a large amount of mayo & ketchup. Every few months I give them another try hoping for improvement but I think I’m done with this location.

Still the most consistently mis-managed BK I’ve ever eaten at. They force you to pickup mobile orders via the drive thru after 7pm, which sucks. So I place the order ahead of time, get there with no other cars in front of me, and get told to pull around the building and they’ll bring out my small, 2 sandwich order. This gave me a great vantage point to see my order be placed into a bag and then sit there getting cold for literally over 15 minutes while they made 2 massive orders that came in behind me. Only when all 3 were complete did they bring the orders out, and then had the nerve to apologize about the wait. How about keeping your lobby open until a reasonable time, or serving people in the order they arrive at the window like every single other fast food place?
I guess that was slightly better than the debacle weeks ago where they ran out of swiss cheese and didn’t bother saying anything when giving me my order, and literally messed up every other sandwich as well. This was again around 8pm with no other customers in sight. When I asked for what I ordered I got the manager coming out and yelling about how they were short staffed and what did I expect? Pretty crazy experience, if they didn’t have the Trio deal in their app I wouldn’t even bother anymore, but the food when correct is decent and it’s hard to beat the price.

The staff at this Burger King are rude and unfriendly when they mess up your order they make it look like it’s your mistake and your fault what restaurant does. What fast food resturant would be out of salt and pepper. The young man that waited on me needs to practice personal hygiene comb your hair and get rid of your dandruff. The shift supervisor who was a female claimed to be named Ashley but when asked she was reluctant to give me her name and she wasn’t wearing a name tag. Who was very rude and didn’t acknowledge me a customer. She lacks the skillsets for customer service. My visit was January 5th 2026 12:3pm which will be my last visit to this Burger King in Beaver Dam Wisconsin

We went through the drive thriugh. Simpe order two dbl cheeseburgers and a wopper jr. Rec’x 2 single burgers. Went back through the drive through and the kid verified singles. I said ” if youre going to throw the burgers away I’ll keep them and give them to someone.” He looked at me” nope. Company policy” and basketball shot them into the garbage. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The person running the drive-thru was amazing! Great sense of humor and very helpful. Food was out quickly and was hot and fresh. Even got my custom order correct. Will definitely be stopping again.

Was at mid day afternoon so not a lot of people but service was slow. Forgot my water. Food was decent. Fries were crispy.

Very disappointed in the people who took my order, didn’t get it correct. The onion rings were so stale like they’d been left out for over an hour or more. And service was slow, worse than I’ve ever seen

Very slow service, no one knows what their doing. The managers are just standing there half the time looking around. Kind of a joke here… You would think that either they have employees from another burger King come here to train or have a better training program. Dirty tables, dirty floors, and windows. The only thing I liked was the new order menus outside. Otherwise they are expensive and not worth the time or money.
