Received a cup with visible black particles all around the bottom of the cup and floating in my drink and ice on 1/2/2026 around 5:30pm after ordering at the drive-thru. I didn’t notice until after finishing the entire drink. I contacted the store manager who dismissed the concern and suggested it was “probably the soda nozzle”. She then ended the call without asking for photos, additional details, or offering a refund. I later experienced stomach pain. Be careful going to this Burger King!

We ordered tonight. Unable to get the promotional drink that was sold with the order and a missed item. I always have great service during the day, but seems like the night could use some more help or leadership. No one needs to get reprimanded over this post either. I always see more than enough help during the day and a lack of help at night. Might have to shift some stuff around. Please help me change this to the 5 star you deserve!

Stopped at the Portage facility today at noon, not busy, and what a difference! The burger (Whopper) had to have been made for some time, barely warm, limp lettuce and awful tomato. The fries were limp, tough and again barely warm. The ketchup from the dispenser was VERY watery! The facility was not the cleanest..floor was sticky.
Kudos to the Baraboo franchise. Keep up the good work

My 7 year old asked me to rate this restaurant 5 stars after visiting for the first time. He has never asked to rate anything before.
My 4 year old calls this place the “Sandwich Shop” and says it is his favorite restaurant.
I may have failed as a parent, but Burger King has succeeded in cornering the elementary school demographic.

The location is fast and friendly, but we ALWAYS feel like we get ripped off. They consistently do not fill french fries and onion ring containers. We do not know about dine-in orders, as we only order to-go. But they do not fill their side items at all. And no, nothing is in bottom of bag. Disappointing to come home with this (see pics).

Drive through- 1st they gave us they gave us the wrong order and got huffy when I asked if that small bag had 6 burgers and 3 fries. He was further rude to the car next to us when she sent her order back too. 2nd the next person practically threw out bags through the window and gave more attitude,. 3rd 3 special order burgers were all wrong 1 was supposed to be no Mayo, and 2 of them no onion. There was Mayo on all 3, no onions on any, no tomato on any and very tiny amount of lettuce.

The Baraboo location is generally really good. Today was no exception except for Axel who was working was an absolute delight! Their positive energy was very infectious!

Food is good, service is not. Would not recommend until they teach their employees manners. And when you miss some of our drinks, instead arguing about it, apologize and provide is with solution. Plus how do u give someone soda with no straw?
