Lady had a massive attitude when I order my food at the drive through. And acted like she couldn’t be bothered by us being there. She needs to be fired or retrained. Didn’t get her name but she’s white, middle aged, black hair, and theeth are kinda messed up in the front.

My mom and I stopped here for a quick lunch. Ordered off the grill so our food would be fresh and not dried out from the heat lamps, and they messed up the order and didn’t give us one order of fries. The manager was visibly irritated and wasn’t professional at all. Cusy9ner service really has gone out the window lately.

Went here to get the spider verse meal. On top that girl taking my order had a massive attitude, I get charged Almost $13 for a small drink, fries and the whopper. When did the whopper get so expensive? So I asked if this was it, for her to reply with a snarky response. I asked where the large Spider verse cup was at and she said there’s no cup. I asked for a refund and she rolled her eyes and took my food asked for the manager to get the refund. As the manager is processing the refund, the employee is in the background trash talking me calling me cheap to the employee. If BK is selling their burgers for that price I rather spend an extra 2-3 dollars at Red Robin or Five Guys.

Went this morning at about 10:30. Top notch service and the absolute best Burger King meal ever i have ever had. You could have taken a picture for one of their signs it was so perfect. Fresh fries and the lady working/ brought our food was very friendly. Very impressed!

Wish I could give zero stars. Although the food was good. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Employees eating by the drive thru window. Ignoring me as I sat at the window waiting to pay and get my food. Then acted like it was a total inconvenience that I was there. Sorry maybe you should be working. The time I visited before there were girls dancing around and goofing off as I sat waiting in the drive thru. Another time employees were outside smoking when we pulled up and had to wait till someone finally finished there cigarette. To go in and take our order. Then acting inconvenienced with no thank you or anything. I recently found out that at least a couple of the girls that currently work there are known meth users. I’m done lake delton location is never like this.

I haven’t eaten a whopper in over 10 years. Yesterday’s whopper will be my last ever. Almost $7 for a burger and it has to be premium. This was average at best. Dry, over seasoned, and charred edges that didn’t taste good at all. I paid over $50 for 4 “Value Meals” and that’s no value!

The food was only warm to the touch and clearly sitting for a while before we ordered. Otherwise the building itself was clean, and well maintained. I give it three stars simply for the condition of the play ground and dining area. With the cost of the meals what they are now, it’s a little frustrating that it would be at the point that it should have been tossed instead of served.

Me and my family came in here happy and respectful but once u walk in u feel not welcomed. The lady’s were rudd didnd even speak to us. Just noded and said the total of our food. They messed up 3 out of the 5 breakfast burgers we ordered. And when I was about the Spiderman hat for my kid they said they didn’t had any but the clearly had a stack right behind her. Would not coming inside at all.
