We visited this Burger King late at night on Christmas Eve while traveling from Milwaukee. With almost every other store and restaurant closed, we were so relieved they were open!
The customer service was truly amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially with our kids. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for the holidays, creating a wonderful atmosphere. They even gave the kids ice cream, snacks, and small gifts to share the holiday spirit. Our food was served perfectly and the entire experience was heart-warming.
We especially appreciated the staff specifically the young woman working that night, who was full of positive energy despite the late hour and the fact that Christmas Day was just minutes away. Thank you for making our holiday travel so much better and memorable!

The good people of this town deserve better especially at Businesses they spend their hard earned money
Burger King there was a LOT of hair in the women’s bathroom sink and a lot of SOMETHING on the toilet
The drink machines are horrible all flavours are uncared for and since when was water pink??
And the food I’ve had is soggy and bland, but that’s how Burger King makes food so I guess that one isn’t up to them.
But the other things are!

Customer service was on point today. Austin was by himself today and was friendly, fast and courteous. We need more people like Austin. Very nice young gentleman.

As I visited only within their first week of opening, they still have alot of kinks to work out. Short staffed for being their first week of business; employees still unsure of what to do.
Good customer service should be universal, and with any experience in the public service specter, should simply be a given to provide. So my suggestion is, work on good customer service, acknowledge your guests, apologize (for the delay, the food, whatever). I will remember you did that, and made the attempt to recognize me as a vital key to your success than whether my order was wrong.
Time will tell for you, Platteville Burger King. I will grant you the learning curve.

They were pretty busy in the drive thru, so I understand the tables were in need of a wipe down. We ate inside we asked for things to be taken off our burgers and they did perfect. Food was warm and good. Young man at the counter was very nice and efficient. I wish I got his name because he definitely deserves a shout out!

We came here to get some food we only ordered two meals. We waited about 20 mins until we decided to leave without our food due to how long they were taking. We came back an hour later only we were in line for food we still waited over 10 mins for our food. When we asked if the guy was ready to take our order he told us his was catching up on lobby work he said this with sass. We pulled forward whole time this guy was talking on the phone to someone. This was just unbelievable. It’s called fast food for a reason. I understand we all have those days but waited 10-20 mins TWICE come on now do better.
