Best late-night burger option on the West side. The McDonald’s and Wendys over here ALWAYS forget the dipping sauce, and sometimes larger items too. I’ve never had a problem with a takeout order from this Burger King. You guys are on top of it. Thank you.

One of the worst burger kings I’ve been too. We were visiting from Iowa for Christmas and decided to stop for a quick bite. The employees were rude and did not care about the customers at all. Told us we would have to wait 7 mins which wasn’t an issue. We ended up waiting 25 mins for our 1 sandwich. The service was the worst service I’ve ever seen and I’ve worked in the food industry and try to give people a break. We really just wanted to leave at a certain point but didn’t since we paid for our food. The guy eventually came out threw the bag of food at us and said there you go. My girlfriend and I are very nice and understanding people. The way they treated us is completely unacceptable. It’s bad when the drive thru at bk is making you consider just offing yourself for just wanting food.

I walked in for a meal to eat at BK and also got a meal to go. An employee asked me if I wanted to keep the food to go warm. I replied yes.
I was greeted warmly. The restaurant was clean as was my table and bench seat.
It takes me 90 minutes to drive there from my city; It’s the closest location. I remember 5 years ago that it was under construction and the parking lot wasn’t paved. I’m very glad it’s open now and I’ll return.

Every time I go to this location, staff is very friendly! Even though it is a 24 location, the waits are not unreasonable during late night hours (unlike their competitors across the street!!!!). And I’ve never had an issue with cold food. Whoever own this location, you can tell they care about giving good service.

Pretty much any time I order from burger king they get my order wrong. How hard is it to make ONE plain cheeseburger? It seems more tedious adding all the crap I DONT want on there. What if I was allergic to something? I shouldn’t have to bite into my meal and taste things I very explicitly stated I didnt want on there. Do better.

The only reason I’m making this review is for the guy that’s always working at 2:30-3 AM. As a food service professional myself, I have to shout him out. My husband and I come to get our dinner every few weeks, and he has never forgotten anything. He’s always friendly and quick EVERY TIME!! The food is always peak too. Pretty sure he works by himself so I’m formally demanding that he gets a raise.

I’ve always loved BK and the Whopper so I’m biased. This location is open 24/7 so that is great.
I’ve lived nearby for over two years and the order display has been broken and never gets fixed. When they take a few minutes to help you, it is easy to think they can’t hear you. Fix the dang display already BK!

Went through drive thru, waited 15 minutes. Got home and found my sandwich was missing and only half of my tots were in the order. (I ordered the trio). I called and told Angie, (manager?) and she told me to come in tomorrow to get the food. I told her that I don’t live nearby and that would be impossible and I would like to just receive a refund for those items. She told me that I needed to bring the 2 other items back tonight for her to do that. Huh??? I’m not sure what kind of management would say that but I’m pretty sure that is NOT burger kings policy or protocol. FYI this burger king is so filthy inside. I DO NOT recommend.
