The food is ok but the prices are insane. Burger, fry and shake over $18. I could have sat down at any pub for a better meal at about the same price. Also, apparently a large fry is now what I remember as a medium and they are barely salted.
The only upside is that they are fast.

When I came in the store, it was a person taking out all the trash cans around the store she suddenly or he suddenly stop went behind the counter did not go to the bathroom to wash his hands, went straight to the fries and start making somebody in a drive-through fries I promise you I’m not lying then try to do the same thing to me. I was ordering dinner for my fiancé and I. The customer service was terrible. They didn’t care that they just dropped my card on the ground instead of handing it back to me. I had to tell them twice that my order was wrong.

rarely go to this location but came here the other day and did a mobile order. we went into the store to pick up and it took a couple minutes for the associate to realize that my husband was there and then rather than asking “is there some thing i can help you with?” “are you ready to order” or even a simple “hello” he asked my husband “are you going to order or just stand there” to which my husband was pretty upset and asked the man behind the associate if he was the manager and asked if thats how staff are trained because that was beyond rude. and the manager just shrugged and continued to sweep. so the manager and the associate were beyond frustrating. we ended up eating at this location and have to say the food was very good. the maple bourbon bbq whopper is stellar. service has a lot to work on.
