Want to first say, that the drive thru staff knows that they have the microphone on at all times! The poor residents next door have to listen to their gossip daily through the speaker outside at all hours of the day. I tried to explain to them that everyone outside can hear them talking and they didn’t seem to understand English very well. The whopper meal is got was very very messy, I understand it’s a fast food place and have had BK before, but it was a mess… like dropped a few times and then thrown kinda messy. Half the fries were not edible and because the staff didn’t speak English well, just didn’t help the situation at all.

I spent $52 at the drive-thru at the Burger King in Oregon, Wisconsin, and what I got in return was a bag of disappointment, frustration, and barely edible garbage. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Drive-Thru Disaster:
Even though I didn’t go inside, I still waited an eternity in the drive-thru. You’d think that amount of time would mean they were at least getting the order right — but nope. Multiple missing items, no apologies, and the food I did get was a complete joke. It honestly felt like someone reached into the trash, threw it in a bag, and said, “Good enough.”
Food Quality:
Calling it “food” feels generous. The burgers were dry, stale, and lukewarm — as if they were made last week and left under a heat lamp out of spite. The fries were cold, greasy, and somehow both soggy and crunchy in the worst way possible. Everything tasted off, old, and borderline inedible. I wouldn’t serve this to my worst enemy — let alone a paying customer.
Missing Items:
For $52, you’d expect the order to be complete — at the very least. But nope. No napkins, no sauces, multiple items missing, and what I did get wasn’t even close to correct. If I wanted to pay that much money for food I didn’t order and couldn’t eat, I’d throw a wad of cash into the wind and hope it hits a Taco Bell.
Zero Value:
I didn’t go in, didn’t get what I ordered, and what I did receive should’ve come with a warning label. I could’ve had a better meal pulling leftovers from the back of my fridge — blindfolded. The only thing consistent about this place is how bad it is.
Final Thoughts:
Avoid this Burger King like it’s radioactive. I don’t know if it was a bad night, a bad crew, or just a cursed building, but whatever’s going on there, it’s not fast food — it’s fast regret.

Fries were Luke warm or less. Whopper looked like it had been sat on. It also was cold and nothing tasted fresh on it. My guess it had sat in thwack for a very long time, without even heat lamps.
Staff was nice. However someone put profit ahead of fresh hot food. Very disappointing.

“Tried” to stop in here last week for breakfast to go around 730am. The menu boards were all on and lighted. After a couple of times saying Hello and not getting a response, I pulled around to the window only to discover that the inside was all dark and no one was there. I later looked up the store only to discover that they do not open till 8am. Hint for owners/Managers>> Maybe get a sign out by your drive through lane as to what your hours are, or maybe turn off the menu boards so they are not on all night when you are not even open. It has to be cheaper than paying for the electric to run the boards for 11 hours a day when you are closed.

Tried BK yesterday for the first time in years. Always loved the Wopper. Such a let down. Didn’t have the same flavor I remembered. Terrible! Couldn’t understand the clerk. She was waiting on me and the drive thru at the same time. She was the only one taking care of customers. Not the experience I was looking for. Not doing that again.

This Burger King is HIT or MISS. This time it totally missed. Our Buns were stale for our whooper, our fries were cold and we even got a frozen french fry in our bag which I am not sure how that happens. You would hope for the prices they charge the food would be fresh and hot. The staff was not very friendly and didn’t understand me when I asked them a question they just said “Thank You” and walked away. We will not be going back anytime soon.

Idk how it’s a hit or miss for everyone else, but my food is always fresh. In fact, there have even been a couple times they will tell me to hangout for a few minutes because they’re making it fresh.

They refuse to answer the phone to start. When do answer to hang up. On top of that I can’t talk to them without going in to complain about the worst food. From raw burgers to raw fries and burnt nuggets . I should have gone to McDonald’s. They at least half ass caee.
