I stopped in at the Burger Kimg Deforest 12/8/25 after my dentist appointment.
The store was a mess trah was full there was fries on the floor looked like from the night before
The lady that took my order was nice but she did not listen at all to what I said. I ordered the fish meal with a large fry small drink she charged me for a small fry . It’s like come on . I didn’t make a big deal out of ot just The food was good though the fries were Luke warm

Went inside to get a late dinner- floor was super greasy and slippery and the restaurant smelled dirty.
What’s worse- when we got our food (8:40 pm) so well before they closed- the fries were cold and soggy, nuggets were still chilled and the shake was so gross that we had to throw it right away before leaving. Disappointing for sure!

BKs have really gone down hill recently. Everyone we’ve been to has been garbage. But this location was on point. I didn’t order it so I can’t really speak to the service or atmosphere, but the food tasted like it did when BK was actually king.

Went to restaurant with a coupon and was told by the person it was expired and they couldn’t accept it. Hey my mistake. What should have happened is hey sir coupon is expired but we will honor it this time. It’s the same set of coupons that come every month. Just a different expiration date. My mistake but you lost my business forever. You’d rather loose a customer than honor a coupon. Wow!!

Stopped at this Burger King on 8/03/23 about 5/30 pm. We ordered from thecounter.
Employee was very courteous and polite. We ordered 2 whoppers, fries, and drinks. Food was brought to our table in a very timely manner, very good temperature, and very good quality. This was probably one of the best trips to any Burger King in a very long time. Restaurant was extremely clean anyone in contact with food had gloves on. We will definitely stop next time traveling this way on the interstate. Keep up the good work!

Decided to give this a try since we hadn’t eaten at a BK in years. The most uninspired staff served us food that definitely was not freshly made. Lukewarm at best. When I took my onion rings to the counter to ask for freshly made ones the shift manager didn’t even bother to pretend he cared. Several minutes later he brought the new rings to me and did not say a word to me. Husband and I both felt that he was largely responsible for the lack of enthusiasm shown by the rest of the crew. Our 2 meals cost us $22! For a few dollars more I’ll gladly take my business to a restaurant that cares about quality.

Burger Kings food has improved noticeably since the last time I had it. The chicken sandwich is way better than McDonald’s. The staff at this location were very helpful and friendly. I misordered something and they fixed it quickly and without making a big deal about it at the window. Good food good service, keep it up Kings!

Second time at the new locating and both time have been bad experiences. I was the only person at the whole restraint as the staff were relaxed and chit chatting and seemed to be fooling around. Waited 10+ min for whopper jr. and fries all of the food was freezing cold fries we old and stale. How it could possibly be that cold without it being put in a fridge I have absolutely no idea. Would highly suggest trying one of the many other fast food in the area Kwiktrip burgers are 10x better and it’s a gas station.
