If your in a hurrry don’t go here. I’ve never been able to get through in less 15 minutes. They will look right at you while your inside and not even move to help you. I was standing there for 5, had been in the drive through for 10 and they didn’t help a single person in those 15 minutes.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive through and never did get to order at 3:30pm Oct 23 2025. Drove around to the window and there were 3 employees wandering around aimlessly. Asked for the manager and “Sandy” said they were too busy at the counter. There were 3 cars in the front of the store. they never did ask to take my order so I left. Won’t be going back there again.

My daughter went through the drive threw tonight, was parked and then forgotten about. She waited 20 mins. They were busy and thought that was what was taking so long. She went in, they laughed at her and told her it had been misplaced?? They giver her our food and obviously cold… so disappointed. Didn’t say they were sorry or offer any kind of discount, free something.

Their sign says that they open at 7:00 a.m. I showed up at 7:20 a.m. for breakfast. Doors locked. I made eye contact with the manager. And she shook her head no. What kind of manager doesn’t show up on time, on a Sunday??? Not a very good one. That’s ok. I went to their competition. McDonald’s. McDonald’s are ALWAYS ready to go. Normally I dont give more than 3 stars to national chain, fast food places. But this Burger King, is clean, and the people are curtious. If you work 3rd shift and you want something other than breakfast food, but dont want to cook. Stop here at 630am and grab a Whopper with fries!! Conveniently located right of the interstate, makes for quick grab and go meal.

This is not the first time that I’ve got home and found out my order was not correct. I ordered two single cheeseburgers “PLAIN” along with two orders of fries, and even repeated it to the person running the drive-through. I get home, and both burgers have the works on them. My wife will not eat the burger, so she gets just fries for lunch. I do not live close enough to return the order and talk with the manager. I shouldn’t have to check my order every time before leaving. Does the burger in the picture look plain? The order clearly says plain for both burgers.

This restaurant is probably the cleanest burger king I ever been too. The staff was cool didnt have attitudes like some other ones usually do. And if I’m not mistaken the store GM was there and she very nice and made sure my food was made correctly. No complaints here

I think this is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been too. Every once in a while I try to go again and then it reoccurring sucks. My order is never right, sometimes they leave stuff completely out, they never apologize for anything and silently hand food out the window in a very awkward and I don’t want to be here way.

This place has gone so far down hill since it opened. Employees never seem to be focused and the fries and onion rings have been stale to the point of being hard the last three or four times I’ve been here. Very disappointing.
