⭐ 1-Star Review – Highly Disappointed with My Experience
I went to the Burger King on October 24th. The drive-thru line was short, but the wait time was over seven minutes just to place my order, which should’ve been my first red flag. I finally ordered, and they asked me to pull around because the jalapeño poppers weren’t ready.
When the employee brought my bags, we even talked about the total being around $40, so I assumed he knew it was my full order. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized I was missing an entire burger, my husband’s meal. I was extremely hungry, hadn’t eaten all day, and now had to drive all the way back.
To make matters worse, when I started eating my burger on the way back, the meat tasted freezer-burned and old, leaving a bad aftertaste. I returned everything, and the worker offered to remake the entire order, but the replacement food smelled and tasted just as bad. My husband ate his, but I couldn’t.
This experience was very disappointing. I understand that restaurants can be short-staffed, but that’s no excuse for poor quality food and service. If there aren’t enough staff to prepare food properly, close temporarily rather than serve bad food. Customers deserve fresh, safe meals and respectful service, nothing less.

Extremely rude service! Ordered online ahead for a lunch break, I’m on limited time. This store doesn’t have dine in trays (since Covid??) & the counter staff gave me attitude for asking for an extra bag to put my food on @ the table. When I asked for the drink cup, was told “hang on a minute” I pointed out I’m in a lunch break & was told “that’s not my problem, now I’m gonna get it when I feel like it”.
Will not come back to this location, did not appreciate the continued swearing commentary thru out the store for 5 min after I sat down

I tried to give Burger King another chance today and honestly I regret even picking up the phone. I called from Kenosha because both Kenosha locations were already sold out of the new SpongeBob meal. I was willing to drive 20 minutes to another store just to try it, so I called ahead to make sure they had it.
The woman on the phone literally said “really?” and hung up on me. No answer, no help, no nothing. Just hung up. Super unprofessional and honestly pretty rude. If this is how they treat customers who are trying to spend money, I’ll pass. Definitely not worth the drive, the attitude, or the disappointment.
Do better, Burger King.

this burger king is absolutely the worst I’ve ever been to. I waited in the drive through lane for about 30 minutes and moved up two spaces. Got out of line and went in the store and waited for someone to come to the counter and I waited and waited. Was told it would be another 10 or 15 minutes before thay could take my order because they were really backed up and only have one cook working

Large variety of food on the menu. Good service and so so prices. Food quality has been kind of inconsistent at times but not bad for a quick meal. I do remember when the Whopper was a big hamburger. They’ve gotten smaller, sadly.

Ordered a few meals and several sodas. One of the soda cups fell on the ground. Lady with the red hair picked it up and put it back on the counter and must have thought we were still going to use that cup. When we asked for a new cup, she gave a disgusted look like it was an inconvenience.
We went to sit down and every table was dirty. There were no other customers so I don’t think it was too busy to clean but maybe I just have mid level expectations. Had to go back to the counter to ask for the juice that was supposed to come with the kids meal. Same irritated look from the red hair lady.
Food was cold and gross. Will not return to this location.

I love Burger King…. when they get my order right. I ordered a simple #1…. A whopper, fries and a drink. I got a whopper with cheese, bacon and sliced jalapeños. Not even close. My wife’s order was correct.
