Ugh. Employee taking our order at drive-through was totally focused on pushing bundled “deals” instead of just listening to what we wanted to order. Order was totally messed up when we pulled up to the window and we spent a ridiculous amount of time getting it corrected. I know they’re pushed to do the upsell by management, but it’s incredibly annoying for the customer. Instead of trying to chisel an extra half dollar out of my wallet, how about focusing on listening and allowing customers to order what they want, not what you’re pushing?

Has bad reviews but recently in the morning I pulled into the drive through. Asked for 7 eggnormous burritos. Came up to the window to find out they only have 3 because of tortilla situation. But solved it with smaller burritos and added some extra and costed a little under what I would’ve paid. Thats a, for the customer, type of work. I was going to settle for something else but these guys had a solution by the time I got up to the window.

The food was fine but man the attitude that the staff gave could make me never want to come back again. Nobody is forcing you to work at BK how hard is it to put a fake smile on and save have a good day or a response to a friendly thank you from a costumer instead of just shoving the bag at you. I hope their day gets better. Maybe if BK paid well enough theyd have a better attitude. not sure.

Very professional and friendly!!!! I tried the new chicken sandwich, lettuce tomatoes etc. It was good, but Wendy’s has a thicker piece of chicken in theirs. Just a thought to compare to other’s. I was driving through but if I lived there, I would still go to this one as the staff wss GREAT!

This was a quick stop to get some lunch. The location made quick food and was very clean when we were there. The staff was friendly and even made suggestions on how to get the sandwich I wanted cheaper.
Overall it was exactly what we wanted a quick stop on our way though that area.

I mean. I got the food. But having people pull around when there’s nobody in line, no hello, no human contact at all. Didn’t have tea, nothing else on the menu drink wize except water. Didn’t ask what size I wanted. Tried to charge me for a bottle of water instead of realizing the combo already included a cup. Sigh. Miss when BK was a good fast food place. Now it just seems “hateful”

With probably 2 people working at this Burger King the service was terrible. The woman was pleasant, but made people wait several minutes before taking their order and there was only myself and 4 people waiting to order. She took one order at a time until it was filled before taking a second order. 1 person stayed and 3 people walked out. This was at 6:30 pm on Sunday and should be viewed on the security cameras. Horrible for the business. I wish I could have rated it higher.

I ordered a double whopper jr. (no mayo or onions) and an 8 piece chicken fries with barbecue sauce around 7:35 pm but came back at 7:48 pm on 03/25/2025. I looked at the sandwich and it only had a single patty. So, I went back and gave them back the whopper jr to get a double whopper jr. The cook that made it was going on a huge rant about how I’m a liar because he knows he put a double patty on there when the sandwich clearly didn’t have it. Let’s use common sense because why would someone return a burger uneaten for another burger that they originally wanted? It would make sense if I wanted both burgers but I didn’t. He thought we couldn’t hear him, but the best thing to do is just to remake it. Then, he decided it would be funny/petty to put a third patty on my new burger (I threw that one out). Poor customer service. Should not be yelling about how your customers are liars because your ego was hurt that you made a mistake.
