Usually a decent experience during the day but tonight a guy in the right hand drive thru lane waited for 4 cars in the left drive thru lane before they took his order. When I got my food it was not even what I ordered. I was in line at 8:35 till 8:50. No one inside ordering and only 3 cars in front of me. I would leave 1 star at night.

I’ve gone multiple times before and this location has been perfect every time. I went tonight because we got home late from work and I order and the lady at the drivethrou hears the first part then states I didn’t say anything when we tried to get a large meal due to not eating all day. She called me a liar instead of fixing it like any other place would try to do she argued with me til I told her I wanted a large not a small. She then proceeds to bend down to look to see who I had in the car with me mind you she’s looking high and not acting like anybody I’ve seen work in fast food. She has the other girl hand us our food that wasn’t correct and i had already had it with the attitude that we just left but after the other girl hands is our food she slams the door shut and locks it. I’ve never had such horrible service from this location til tonight. If zero stars was an option for a review you’d receive it. I really hope you look into your employees cause like I said we’ve had excellent service from there in the past and tonight we were treated like we were a bother.

Used the drive thru to pick up my food on my lunch break. Paid $20 for my meal and chicken fries. Soda has no ice, missing my chicken fries, called to try and let them know as I can’t leave work again for maybe a credit or something. No one would pick up. So warm soda fries and a burger it is. Not coming back

I’m changing my review to only one star, only because you need one to leave review. This store closes early ( it’s posted 10:00 on door) and if they take your order after waiting by register for several minutes being ignored. They are rude. I was in there a few nights ago at 7:30, when they gave me my food, which took 15 minutes, I was told to choke it down dinning room closing soon. Wasn’t told when ordering closing early ( door sign,only sign says 10:00). Went there for lunch today, completely ignored. I just walked out. Seriously this place is the worst restaurant around.

Two families came in both with 1 coupon for a meal to use and pay separately for. Before even ordering. The women working behind the counter snapped at us saying “you can only use 1 coupon” we said we are paying separately. And she again snapped back and said I saw you walk in together, I know you are together, you cannot use coupons!” She was so incredibly rude shouting at us we left with out ordering food. Worst service and way to to deal with customs, we will never come back.

I ordered online, and it turns out they didn’t have some of the items I ordered. Instead of telling me and asking if I’d like a replacement or refund, they just decided to keep quiet and not give those items to me. Additionally, Burger king will not refund my money for those items.
