I wanted to give a shout out to the late night workers. I stopped in the drive thru just past midnight on Saturday night going into Sunday morning. Best service I have ever received. Friendly, fast, and correct. The lady took my order was very friendly and got everything right. Whoever made the food rocked, it was hot and tasted fresh. They got my entire order right and I enjoyed my meal. Stay awesome night crew!

Usually good when I go later or in the morning . But after noon . Tht red hair lady diddnt say a word to me whole interaction and diddnt reply to me . Also she made my whopper with hate . It taste like they used the old lettuce and tomatoes. If I had been given a receipt I would have filled out a survey to state how displeased I was and am . Put her in the back so she can hate cook the whoopers with her glare some more . At least I won’t have to turn my music down to say thank you to a stone wall of customer service worker . And just settle for this disappointment in the bag she served me with and not her presence . At least her hair wasn’t in the food .

The ladies working late nights here, are trash and do not care about your order. You ask for something a certain way, then they have you waiting for like 20 mins for 3 items!!!!! Then driving off checking the bag, my food is cold & missing items!! Like how the heck?! So upset and disappointed I have to spend money on something I was craving, only to be disappointed, waste of my hard earned money. Thank you not.

I love Burger King Whoppers! I always have. My problem is I could eat them every day. So I have to limit myself to maybe once every couple of months. This time was no exception. My Double Whopper with Cheese was incredible! BUT…. My fries were a little cold. That is why I gave this review 4 stars. The good news is…. The service was GREAT! The guy at the cash register was super friendly. The guy that brought the food to the counter handed it to me and said thank you. Great customer service. I just wish I had hot fries. Maybe I went at the wrong time.

Food is alright, customer service is where their problem is. Made a door dash ordered around 4:30 pm on November 6th. The dasher waited a very long time and the staff were very rude. The dasher called me to say to check my order, which was missing several items. Almost every time I go I am usually missing something. Tell me what 2 weeks ago I waited for over 10 minutes for 2 whopper jr’s and 2 shakes. Morning crew is usually good, it’s the evening crew that needs to be retrained

Look, it’s fast food alright. So it is what it is. But I will say that I am a very picky eater and they’ve never gotten one of my orders wrong. Staff is always friendly, very accommodating, and professional. Food comes out quick, hot, and if you like BK then delicious.
