Was in the mood for some takeout so I decided to get some Burger King and I am glad I did! Got a delivery so I cannot comment on the building and most of the service but my delivery driver was good! The food I got was also good! The chicken nuggets, chicken sandwich, fries and Double cheese burgers and dessert I got were all tasty and good! No problems, I’d get food from this Burger King if given the choice to.

This BK has to be the slowest ever!! Placed order online – you would think it be ready by the time u walked in there (a short, simple order – Plain whopper) Nope!! Stood @ counter watching drive thru after drive thru get taken. 13 minutes later FINALLY received my boring order. Only good thing about it , was it was still warm. Seriously. .

The last time we were here was in December of 2021, and it was absolutely terrible! Had a new cashier who had absolutely no idea what to do and she forgot her glasses, so she couldn’t even see what she was doing on the register. The screens were filled and the staff couldn’t even keep up. We waited over 20 minutes for our food due to the fact that the kitchen was waiting on bacon for a sandwich on my parents order, which was unacceptable, so we ended up asking for a refund on all of our orders, which were all separate. When my parents and I asked for a refund, the manager rudely told us that we had to wait on getting a refund due to her helping a customer, so we told her ”no, we want a refund now!” She even had the audacity to tell us that we had no right to talk to her like that. She eventually gave all three of us refunds. My advice to Burger King on the South Side of Sheboygan: If you can’t keep up with taking or making orders for customers, you should close your doors! Sorry to say, but we won’t be back. Erie Ave Burger King is better!

Horrible staff who are rude to doordash drivers for no reason. Serve old food, skimp on fries, no sauce, wrong drinks, and a “broken” shake machine. I hate complaining about fast food places cause they are wickedly underpaid, but no need to be mad and vengeful.
