Train your employees. I placed a mobile order for drive thru pickup. Supposed to be far quicker and more convenient, right? Nope. I pull up to lane one as there was a car in lane two. Lane two places order and I wait three minutes for someone to say over the intercom “you’re in lane one, right?” I said yes and he said he’d be right with me. I waited AT LEAST five minutes. Then a pickup pulls into lane two and they start taking his order. So I just pull around to the window and tell them I have a mobile order and no one helped me for seven minutes. An obligatory apology followed but I was told to pull off to the side while they made my order. What???? I placed a mobile order, they should have it already. I’m still pulled off to the side waiting as I write this (see picture). Meanwhile, four cars that arrived after me have already gotten their food and I’m still waiting. Waited 7 minutes for no one to help on the intercom and now waited another 5 here and still no food that I ordered and paid for on the app about 30 minutes ago. Train your employees.

The lady that took my order and the gentleman with the glasses at the window were genuinely kind and sweet. They gave amazing customer service, good people are taking care of that store. As far as the food the burger was absolutely juicy and tasty 10-10 the nice lady recommended the zesty sauce with the onion rings and I gotta say I enjoyed every bite. Ill definitely come back for lunch in the future

They can’t keep orders straight there. It’s ridiculous. Every time we have gone, something has been wrong. They get our order wrong. They forget to give us something we order or give us something wrong. They’ve added things to our order that we didn’t originally order.

More of a corporate review…but if your lobby is locked at least have a sign on the door. Used the app to pickup at the COUNTER only to have the doors locked upon arrival with no sign saying they were locked. Counter should not be an option on app then!

Was there on Friday. When we got there, there were no other customers in the drive-thru. After waiting longer than usual, they came out with the food. When we got home we found out that it wasn’t even our order. Didn’t have enough food for our group. We ordered for 3 adults and got 2adult meals and a child meal. Somebody else got a better meal than us!!!

If I wanted mayo soup in a bread bowl I would go to Panera Bread. You have to give it to them, at least they are consistent at something. Even though that something is making bad food. In the dozen or so times I’ve been to this location since it opened, I cannot say I have ever had a good experience. I keep telling myself “maybe this time will be different?” Everytime I am greeted by a stale bun, hard cheese, cold patty and soggy vegetables absolutely drowned in mayo. All I order is a #1 with cheese, medium fry and medium coke. All I get is disappointment.

Went through drive through. The lady working the morning of 1/14/23 gave Chick-fil-A level service and I appreciate it. Ordered French toast sticks. Everything was hot and came fast, no complaints.

The dining room was open so we ordered our food and sat at clean well kept tables. They have ketchup and mayonnaise packets instead of pumps and paper cups. You still have self-serve soda station. There were only 2 men working the drive-thru and dining room,and there were doing their best to get everyone their food quickly and without making any mistakes! Most everyone was understanding but sadly there will always be someone who wasn’t raised with morals and who feels entitled that they need to belittle another human being! The customer threw their temper tantrum and walked out for whatever reason…. I wish everyone would show patience and compassion for the people who are showing up for their shifts and doing their best with short staff whether it is at a steakhouse or a fast food restaurant!
