Very clean lobby. Every table had a Burger King Crown for the kids. As I was ordering, the staff made 3 crowns for my kids and they loved it! Food was fresh and fast! Overall great experience and recommend.

I am in the drive-through line and have been here for eight minutes. And there’s still a car in front of me. Eight minutes to serve three people. Back in the late 80s it used to be after 90 seconds. You would pull the car ahead so you could serve the next car. This is not fast food.

No customer service in-store. I stood around for a good 3 minutes being ignored before a young woman behind the counter walked out to take food to a drive thru and mumbled something my direction that I think meant she would be with me shortly.
They park people in the fire lane so they can hustle their times in the drive thru.
Anyways, someone else walked in behind me and the counter employer returned, ignoring us, clicked buttons on the drive thru screen, went back to the drive thru window and the second customer called out to see if anyone was helping the front. The person from the back shouted “yeah she’ll be with you shortly” and it was at that time I realized I would never get hello in time to get me to work.
Also, as I walked in, a customer shared with me that they were out of bacon…
Anyways, this place needs to get secret shopped because it’s always bad service.

Terrible, Terrible and Death Trap, Don’t go to this location, went there yesterday so my son can have his disgusting favorite before his sleep study that was scheduled, this place almost made me late, 1st went to the drive thru b4 I got there it was a number of cars lined up by the entrance to the inside, I didn’t think anything of it, going 2 the drive thru no other car but 1, had 2 drive thru lanes I go get in the other, waited like 5mins no one came, backed out went in and this were the foolery started this establishment had 3 people working 1 at register, 1 getting food and also assisting the cashier person he had just started so he was brand new, It was 1 person ahead. Then my turn they told me that the meal I been ordering my 6yr old for years now at numerous locations, didn’t exist, Didn’t want 2 argue just ordered everything separately, waiting on food the young lady is very frustrated she mubles very loudly, my son ask what’s wrong with her, I told him she needed help, 1 person making the food, as th8s is my 1st and last time at this location, pressed for time after 6mins another person came from nowhere and stated he can help, so at this time he bagged the food finally and gave it 2 us, we had 2 eat b4 we got there leaving out I noticed this place is terribly filthy I couldn’t believe my eyes, prayed over our food and left, we trying to eat b4 we get there they didn’t fix my son 2 burgers correctly so he didn’t eat them. Just the fries, and my chicken sandwich was disgusting full of grease popping out in every bite, this location needs to be removed!!!!! NEVER ever, ever go there and this makes me Never want 2 go back 2 a burger King no matter where it is located this was enough 2 stop anyone from eating any fast food, stomach hurting all night and my head, this was a Nightmare while woke, A horror movie and I didn’t even know I signed up for, A disgusting Disaster ¡!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible excuse of a fast food restruant. All the tables were dirty, they were out of most sodas in the machine, as of writing this I’ve been waiting 37 minutes and counting for my order. We were the only people in the restruant. Not sure how they manage to stay open….

Every morning when I come here, there is the same old lady and no customers but yet its always 10 mins before I can place an order and then you are parked by the double doors to wait more time. This is an ongoing thing and should be fixed. You should never wait that long when there are no other customers!!!
