Went to this location last week order a original chicken. Sandwich when i got back to work the Sandwich had no chicken. Went again today ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches for the guys at work the buns hard as a rock. Come on burger king we can do better than this. Store number 18767 order number 26.

12/19/2025 stopped in after last minute shopping. 8:05pm is the time on our receipt. Waited 10-15 minutes before our order was taken. When the guy came to the register he said nothing. Just stood there. He was super rude to the girl working the drive through while we were waiting. Our food came out very fast. No sauce cups. Ordered a SpongeBob whopper with only ketchup, mustard, pickles for our 10 year old daughter. Came out with cheese. Took it back up, to the same guy who says “well they normally come with cheese” right but I ordered it with only KMP. He was irritated but remade it. Our food was cold. We ordered a Pineapple slushie, paid, then was told it’s a 20 minute wait because the machine decided to defrost. Okay, fine. We dined in, as we dined we heard so many F bombs from the guy and the girl working. Talking bad about the people in the drive thru, and complaining about everything. The men’s bathroom had no soap, when another customer told them the girls response was “I don’t handle that” finally got the slushie and it was barely frozen.

The girls hair was not pulled back, the guy had no hat on, no beard net, and his clothes were very dirty and unkempt.

They have a SpongeBob Square Pants meal. Literally marketing to kids. And that’s the language they use? Horrible experience. Will not return to this location.

Last complaint…as we were leaving there was a dead mouse in the breezeway!

So I tried doing an order through their app, it changed the delivery address mid order. When I tried getting the order resolved by calling the store, their manager Brad said the order was already made and there was nothing he could do (I never gave him the order number so he was lying). When I tried explaining the issue more, he just said he couldn’t do anything about it and yelled to the point that another person in the room heard him despite not being on speaker. I was treated terribly by this location and am still out the money for food I won’t receive after being lied to and yelled at. Please do not support this kind of behavior.

Tough time at this one. It was totally empty when I arrived. Three staff standing by drive through windows chatting and chatting and, did I mention chatting? I had to ask for help twice before got anyone’s attention.

Placed my order. Then waited 17 minutes for order to be ready. **reminder – I was the only customer inside and no one in drive through**.

Something told me to check my order prior to leaving. Glad I did as it was not correct. When I asked that it be corrected, the front counter employee literally grunted and said fine. Took the bag and walked around to prep area. Opened both sandwiches and took off the incorrect items and rewrapped them. Bagged them came around counted and dropped bag on counter and said, “see we do do it your way. Have a good day.”

I will not be returning to this burger king location again!

20 min wait to order, Hour wait for food dine in, very dirty booths, sticky floors, bathroom filty, employee cursing loudly. Burger burnt char all over i can only imagine the filth back there.

I went here maybe 3 months ago and am still left with a bad taste in my mouth about how horrible the customer service was. I pulled into the drive through and waited for maybe 15 seconds before the lady told me to ” give me a minute ” in a very rude tone. Once she finally asked what I wanted I asked a couple questions and she
started freaking out and yelling at me because she couldn’t hear me, and I can talk just fine btw. I will never go to this bk location again. It is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food drive through.

Ok so my last review was strictly from the drive-thru! Today was completely different! Although it was from management that served my family, it was much better service! Around 7pm in Davenport on Elmore Ave! Apparently corporate is really listening to maybe the few/many of us that try to help! Thank you for your time! Job well started!

Stopped in today to grab a quick meal.
I waited at the register for quite awhile b4 I got someone’s attention.
The kind man had to stop making other guests food to take my order when there was a manager standing on his phone not even hearing me say “excuse me” sir.
I got my food and won’t be coming back to this location again.

Employee at the drive through was rude and didn’t know what she was doing. Told us to pull forward to wait for the fries but when we received food quite a few minutes later, nothing seemed fresh including fries. Only give more than 1 start because one employee came out and apologized

I walked in with my family. The manager was at the register and asked if we wanted breakfast or lunch, the menu was switched to lunch, so we all wanted lunch. The manager rolled her eyes and walked away. Then waited for someone else to come up to the register. We ordered a 2 for $5, they charged us separately for each sandwich. We ordered To Go and the next employee slammed the bag on the counter and proceeded to make no eye contact and said here’s your order.
