I decided to hit up BK for a quick bite on my way home and I thought its been a minute since I’ve had some flame broiled burgs!
I would say ordering was great very kind and professional, the wait however was about 30 minutes with 2 cars in front of me, so id say a little slow but the food was hot and good. The window person seemed polite and apologetic. Overall ill be back.

I went here tonight around 6pm ordered 4 whoppers only ketchup and 3 fries, all 4 whoppers had everything on them all 3 fries were cold and were not filled like a medium fry. I was very disappointed, i thought this location was getting better with their customer service and food service but I guessed wrong after tonight!!! Oh forgot to mention the manager was HIGHLY RUDE GET HER OUT OF THERE!!!

Y’all can’t get anything right! Every time I go there the order is always wrong! Doesn’t let me post pics but it clearly says on the label “plain” and yet they stilllll put everything on the sandwich.

I got a chicken sandwich tonight and it was not fully cooked as an employee in the restaurant industry this is unacceptable. Samanella is real. People can get sick. The drive threw only had one person and there was nobody in the lobby. I don’t know if other people expirenced this but if I get sick imma be mad. I can’t afford to get sick and miss work over an over priced chicken sandwich from a fast food place.

This has got to be the world’s SLOWEST drive thru!!! 15 Min sitting waiting. No they weren’t even busy. The cashier was pleasant though. We ordered 2 Jr whoppers a lg fry and a small coke. It’ll be a while before I spend my money at this location.

….it’s open now since the but not very fast service for sure…..I find it to be backed up inside as well as the drive thru and not because it is good food but because there a bit slow and possibly short handed who knows?and it is the only fast food restaurant around the neighborhood it’s in for the factories near by…. and hey not to forget to mention that my onion rings were so cold and soggy by the time I got them..I couldn’t even eat them….. maybe my sandwich is cold by now too…. so not much was ate …

Waiting 30 minutes for the food to be brought out after ordering in drive thru and being pulled foward…they have 10 cars pulled forward and are serving people in lobby that arrived after…and now after receiving my order we get home and it’s wrong and missing items… will be asking for a refund this is crazy!!!!

The employees worked well together. Helping each other smiling laughing. The food was fresh and hot. I think it is the best Burger King in the quad. Cities.
