Food was good, service was absolutly abysmal. Went thought the drive threw and sat waiting for 5mn before anyone would take our order, at that point a line was forming. Order was finally taken but then she couldn’t figure out the card reader so we paid in cash. Wouldn’t have been bad except she made a point to huff the whole time about how long we were taking, plus slamming the window shut.

Staff consistently nice at this location which is a plus. I would say there are inconsistencies in the food which is very disappointing. More often than not the fries are on the cold side as if they have been sitting too long. They just do not taste fresh and barely lukewarm. Tonight they were cold and I tried one when I got it, the bacon was not fully cooked, and the bun fell apart pretty badly when eating it. There was also not a flame broiled taste on the patty. What is happening to pride in what you put out these days.

Doesn’t give a drink holder and spilled chocolate shake on the way home because they didn’t give me a regular lid does it their way than our way and the chicken sandwiches aren’t that great unfortunately I won’t be going back anytime soon

Ordered doordash. The store sells the cold drinks with the hot food. Not smart at all. It is obvious that it’s BK that did it. They startes doing it in 2020. Most stores stopped doing this again for obvious reasons. Needless to say, it was cold and the entire meals were ruined.

I would give this place 8 and a half stars if I could. That double cheeseburger I got was so good. The classic chicken wrap was 10 outta 10 as well. The person running that place really knows what they were doing. I stopped here on my way to a wedding and I couldn’t stop telling everybody how good this BK was. I wish it could be magically teleported to the Waterloo area because ours in town suck compared to this one. 😀
