On the day I visited this Burger King, it was clean, well stocked, and well staffed. Service was fast and friendly. The food was fresh, and the Whopper with Impossible patty was generously supplied with fresh toppings.

I dined in last night and the service was bad. The food was bad, gave us the wrong side but was fixed. However it was met with a bad attitude. The guy made us feel like it was our fault. The fries they gave us were old, and the fryer grease made them a dark brown, and they tasted bad. I asked for fresh fries and was met with a sarcastic “no problem.” The fries still came out not tasting good. So I didnt eat them after tasting the first one. My Jr whopper didnt taste good and was not hot. It was room temperature. This was the night shift. We have never had this bad of an experience before and we were absolutely disappointed and didnt feel welcomed. We left feeling like crap. I didnt eat most of my food. I got the impossible burger and it was burnt to a crisp and had about 1/4 a cup of ketchup on it and tomato slices were the size of large cherry tomatoes and wilted lettuce. I was given wrong drink . I do have to say fries were good, fresh and crispy…but it was over $10 for the meal and not at all worth it.

We’ve been to this BK a lot because of the accuracy and quality of the food. Tonight, there was some things missing. They quickly corrected and even threw in some extras for my trouble. I worked in fast food as a teen and things happen. I just appreciate the quick correction AND a few extra goodies.

I don’t go to Burger King often, but I decided to go on lunch for a quick bite to eat.
Not only was one of my burgers incorrect, but I am missing an entire second burger I paid for. I was on lunch break, so I didn’t have time to drive back and get it corrected.
This isn’t the biggest deal and mistakes happen, but I am very disappointed with the service I received today.

They got my order wrong. The fish sandwich was too salty. I asked for extra sauce and it looked like they put some one and scraped it off.
